I don't mind people talking about their thoughts in threads that are specifically made for personal sad/traumatic experiences. It becomes a problem when posts like that seep to other threads and boards.
I would also like to say this: fuck people who constantly vent and self-deprecate on the internet and also in real life.
No matter for how long you'll listen to their stories, and no matter how many times you will try to help them. They will never change their ways.
They purposely do this kind of stuff, because it gives them attention that they desperately want. It's easier for them to self-loathe about their life, than actually DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR FUCKING LIFE.
I remember null saying in one of his streams that "Depression is something you grow up from most of the time when you turn past the age of 17" and how "You really have to put a lot of effort to maintain the depressed state of mind", with which I agree a lot.
If you try to help people like that, you'll achieve nothing. They will drag you and themselves down. It's really not worth it.
The easiest and the most common solution for "depression" is self-reflection about oneself in solitude, going outside and doing things that bring joy and are productive. It's not that fucking hard.
