I never bothered checking their Twitter because, when he moved to Seattle, I could 100% guess where they lean politically. As long as they keep that shit out of videos/shame people for not agreeing with them, I'll let it slide. Thankfully they have so far. I also wouldn't consider his titles clickbait, pretty straightforward and no SHOCKING caps spam.

I'll give him a pass on 3rd Birthday as it regressed the PE girl from "strong, independent, yada yada" to "Walking sex doll who does nothing but gasp". That and the game looks like it sucks. That Koichi/DQ11 video was boring as hell though, completely zoned out during it.

If he did take the cameo everyone would shit on him for abandoning his pregnant wife to cameo in a forgettable blockbuster.

And Adam Wingard later revealed in a reddit ama he didn't offer James a cameo, but invited him to visit the set and possibly be a background extra. So James is either delusional, or he lied about both the offer and his kid's upcoming birth being the reason to turn it down.

I think I misinterpreted someone saying "it was around when his kid was born" as "she was going to be born during" so that's my bad.

I still say skipping out on the cameo was the right move.
