He's just shit at aiming. It's amazing how far off he is so often.

The one time I saw him claim it hit him, it had already fallen and he was backing into it not realizing it was there. The boss hit him and he claimed the rock fell on him.How does he keep getting hit by the falling rocks on the final boss level? I don't think I saw anyone else get hit by those.
So, this was being discussed in the restream chat, but that "hardcore" game mode label should come with a massive asterisk. This shit game turns it's difficulty down as you die, so against the final boss fights DSP was playing on fucking easy mode because of how much he died. You could tell by how little damage he was taking from the bosses vs the near 1-hit-kills that he was getting hit by when he was first fighting them.He did it guys
18 fucking hours and a RANK of C for Leon's story

>Male nurseA friend of mine started speedrunning a Castlevania game not long ago, the other night he got a $200 donation that I saw. Makes no goddamn sense. He’s also a nurse full time.
To be fair, they also didn't account for 100 people to be telling you where to find all of the first aid sprays and ink ribbons you missed might be tucked away. In plain view.So yeah, RE2 2019 is designed for a skill level that even a video game journalist could play to.

For us noobs, how long is the game supposed to take for normal people? 6-10 hours?
Also, 27 saves seems excessive.

You can get any item from any box.I'm waiting for the game to get cracked (fucking Denuovo) but I was hesitant to check out the Hardcore mode when starting but fuck man, if Phil of all fucking people can beat that mode...You know the rest.
Quick question: if you leave an item in a box, can you get that item from any box or is it like REmake where you have to go back to the same box to get the item?
My only guess is because Phil died a shit ton and that eats away at the hours? Or he left it on over night?
I really do not know. What a mystery.
Honestly Phil was slow walking in a lot of areas and being overly cautious. He played in a very slow way.God damn 18 hours huh? I know its hardcore but I was watching another streamer who has the same rank, but played on Normal(Standard) and only has 8ish hours played.

It's Phil so it probably did take him 18 hours to play it. I played 7 and if you died it didn't eat up hours or anything like that. Neither did any other RE game I can think of.
Okay that makes a bit of sense actually. Does the map screen count towards hours because I remember watching his slog of a playthrough where he would just stare at the map for eternity it felt like.Honestly Phil was slow walking in a lot of areas and being overly cautious.
