He's not even that strong. While it's obvious he lifts, with how much he shit talked, you'd expect at least 405 bench but the last time I saw a video of him benching he was struggling with 245
 
This week has been flowing with mentz, but for the uninitiated we need some background.
Natural Hypertrophy is a Youtuber who focuses on bodybuilding and philosophy, Blaha hates him becuase NH has made a long series of videos sneeding on him because Blaha is a laughingstock. NH recently released a video talking about the interplay between lifting and the modern far right, where he used Hitler in the thumbnail because the video was literally about the far right. Blaha tried to use this to call NH a Nazi, and shame everyone who knows the guy.
Blaha specifically calls out Alan Thrall, who was an actual US Marine unlike Blaha, and no one even replied to or talked about this retard. Except for Natural Hypertrophy. He released an hour long video where he drops the funniest shit I've ever seen.
Blaha literally wrote a pamphlet for the KKK where he explains how Whites are Gods chosen race and literally everyone else is not even human. Blaha straight up wrote schtizobabble about negroids and zipperheads, and is now trying to shame someone for being a neo-Nazi without any evidence.
Now THAT is some mentz.

Alan Thrall is friendly with Natural Hypertophy, he’s currently running a bodybuilding program developed by NH. And that is enough for Jason to call Alan a nazi. Which is insane because Alan is easily the most wholesome fitness YouTuber.

Reminder Blaha is living with Joni Sablatura, a murderer awaiting trial. She is a documented meth user as well. You can hear her vomiting in the back of his videos. Has everyone here heard the phone calls with blaha

I think it's really interesting that, despite this being the leanest he's been in the past decade, he still looks like shit.
