Everyone who rated my original posts about this as "Optimistic" owes me a formal apology. It has gained a shit-ton of momentum now, and I expect it to pick up the more people cover the topic after Muta, Charlie, that one PC Gamer editor and the like. All it took was for Ross to have finally addressed this fat faggot, and he really should have done that immediately to begin with.
I feel so old. We did it boys!

To have an end-of-life plan from what I remember. If someone develops/publishes a live service game, they must have a plan to make the game available in some way for consumers after they cut service. Some could make it available as a single player game in the case of a gacha game, or in the case of a multiplayer game they can let users host their servers or make it peer-to-peer.What was the goal of this campaign again? Forcing live service devs to release the server files after their games die so people can self-host? Been a while since I last read on it.
