FBI Director Kash Patel and FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino have asserted that paedophile Jeffrey Epstein did commit suicide.
The bureau’s director and deputy director sat down with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo on ‘Sunday Morning Futures’.
During the interview on Sunday, Patel and Bongino were asked about the death of Epstein and the suspicious circumstances surrounding it.
Patel and Bongino confirmed Epstein’s death was correctly deemed a suicide and that there was no evidence to suggest otherwise.
“As someone who has worked as a public defender, as a prosecutor, who’s been in that prison system, who’s been in the Metropolitan Detention Centre, who’s been in segregated housing, you know a suicide when you see one, and that’s what that was,” Patel said.
Deputy Director Bongino backed his boss’s response, asserting the notorious sex predator “killed himself”
“He killed himself. I have seen the whole file. He killed himself,” Bongino said.
