Yes it's probably the same logo that the Metro State folks use sans the wording but that image isn't trademarked or registered at all.

You and I both know that's not the point. That logo design was used for Metro State, that's the entire reason he is wearing a hat with it.

he's used a very common motorcycle wheel with wings logo, the design goes way way back (depending on who you ask, all the way back to Greece) so while i get what you're saying, the only real takeaway here is Jeremy's complete lack of creativity.

that hat in the most recent video appears to be a generic "motorcycles are cool and also yay for the troops or maybe cops" hat to me

Here's Jeremy saying that his Probation Officer has sworn out a warrant for his arrest. Much of the video is him continuing to split hairs and play word games and explain how what he is doing is not really a violation of probation terms because in Jeremy Land only his interpretation of words matters.

Among the best moments:

• Jeremy has a suspended license yet thinks it is a good idea to apply to a Trucking School.
• Doesn't understand why a plastic seat in the back of his (formerly Metro State) Charger makes the (formerly Metro State) Charger look like law enforcement.
• Has lost two job opportunities because of his suspended license but claims he doesn't realize that his license is suspended.
• cOnFuSeD about how communications in "private situations in prison" can be printed out and reviewed by Probation Officers.

he keeps talking about how there's a warrant for his arrest but a quick search with http://pas.fdle.state.fl.us/pas/restricted/PAS/person/WantedPersons.jsf shows that there is no such warrant.

So this warrant specifically points out that he was busted for not deleting the Official Metro State YT Channel. Jeremy was claiming that it was hacked and that he didn't have access to the YT channel in his video but yeah, that's bullshit. It's clear that he knows exactly what he's doing and just keeps thinking everyone around him and especially the authorities are imbeciles. That's the beauty of Jeremy though, the most sophisticated and intentionally self-destructive dumbass I've ever seen.
