Like the others have mentioned, he was buying beat to shit cop cars and they aren't exactly expensive. It's also the generation from between '05 and '14(the 2015 and newer models have different headlights that wrap around the corner) so you're talking under $10k(possibly getting close to $5k), and this is assuming it isn't just a leftover from his metro state funeral BS. Even people with completely fucked credit can still get used cars off of lots without much effort, there's always a used car dealer somewhere that if you watch their inventory you'll see the same vehicles come and go due to being repeatedly repossessed.

Thank you for educating me. I guess I’m glad I didn’t learn this from experience. Living in chaos like his sounds utterly miserable and exhausting. I can never even tell if he and Jen are broken up or not, since she seems to upload embarrassing shit about him even when they’re together. I’m sorry but the secks those chubby mutants are having can’t be THAT good.
Retards attract, and can get away with stupid shit for years and years because there's so many hoops to go through to actually put a stop to their stupidity. And remember that Dewitte is a florida-man anyway, it's practically in his nature to be some kind of fuckup.
edit: As far as living in total chaos and never being tired of it, you've got to remember that this shit is normal for these idiots. Especially Jeremy, he's been a sex offender since what, 2005? The guy has been a total mess for almost his entire adult life and likely has zero comprehension that his constant mess is entirely his own fault. Hell, I've even got a personal example(not a PL) of this kind of thing from my own life. Buddy of mine drives like a total dickhead, has always driven like a dickhead, and I hate being a passenger when he's driving. He gets tickets constantly. One day out of the blue I asked him if he was ever tired of getting tickets, dude then asks me if I was ever tired of getting tickets(as if this were some kind of comeback) and I had to just stop and look at him like he's a fucking moron(and he's been a passenger while I've been driving). I pointed out that he manages to get a ticket for something damn near every 3 months, and I hadn't even been pulled over while driving let alone gotten a ticket in almost 20 years and he just didn't believe me. I told him to ask some of his other friends, sure enough he eventually realized it wasn't normal to constantly have to be fighting traffic tickets. Fast forward a few years later, he's still always got some ticket in the system somewhere for parking, speeding, etc. and to this day I have no idea how the hell he still has his license.

There's a few other inmate photos wearing something similar, so I assume it's jail related, but I have no idea exactly it is. My very first thought was one of those anti-suicide smock things, but it doesn't look quite right (also don't think he'd need to be on suicide watch or anything).
Pretty much, but only on Jeremy's individual page. If you find him on the full inmate listing they use a completely different photo. A quick check shows they do this a bunch where the photo on the full list, appears different, and seemingly newer.

Jeremys bond hearing. $2500 not much so hes probably already out, and it seems like he wasn't dropped by his lawyer, dont know why he would be using a public defender for his other cases. Of course Jeremy did nothing wrong and was in fact on his way in to the sheriffs department to report when he got arrested.
