I can't exactly put into words how I feel about this but it's telling.
Coercing and guilting somebody into consent is still a form of rape. "You'd sleep with me if you loved me." "Get to bed or I will leave you." They say yes, but only because you're holding something over them.

That said, Lily, fuck off. People have all kinds of different kinks and different fantasies they like to play out and if two consenting adults decide to try some spicy roleplay what's it to you? Nobody's getting hurt. You can try to police people's writing style all you like but you've got less than zero right to tell them what to do in the privacy of their own home, let alone bedroom. You can't convince everybody that they're pillow talk has to be about how they wish they were siblings.

Never mind you have a long documented history of bragging about how great you are at sex and how much Lizzy loved it and how you got frustrated that she didn't initiate sex enough and you had to be the one to take initiative and convince--

...
... ...
Oh.
Jerry has been using his projecting projector so much by now that it's burned itself out.

the 'lily fuck off. mind your own busness' reply can be used sfor literally every time she's complained about something.

Dont use queer, it's a slurrrr
Dont identify as a slurr (dyke, bear, twink, transvestite, trap etc) its wrrronng
Adults cant do that because it offends me personally
You cant do this, you cant do that because i feel personally attacked-

Every one of her arguments boils down to 'i don't like it there for everyone should take to the same offences i have'.
And because of this she comes off as a manipulative/moronic cunt.

People identifying as queer has been a thing longer than she's been alive.
People being a Bear of a transvestite were and still are valid identities for some.
Her complaining kinks are at pride events shows her lack of knowlage in the lgbt+ community as kink, especially lether/bdsm have been big parts of the fandom, hell there one of the first kinks to have their own flags ffs for this very reason because the queer love their flags.

her hating on steven universe is because she personally dislikes it so everyone else should
her getting into people's busness if it relates to their interests/livelyhood/ways of identifying and presenting, and what not all boils down to her not minding her own busness.

I's childish at best tbh, and down right pathetic at worse.

Just shutup lily. nobody cares and the people who di care are just peeved at you for giving to mutch of a care/outright offended because your policing people on how they should identify (ironic as a trans woman who has multile people policing her on how her identity is invalid, calls her a man and says she isnt a woman 'you arent queer'. sounds familiar?)

Im just really looking forward to Lizzy saying her piece and just absolutely destroying Lily.

tbh i doubt it can happen as she’s like a cockroach that can’t be killed but i just hope something actually transpires.

if everyone was clowning on her shitty writing tips - maybe there’s hope?

After having read the entirety of Stockholm and a good part of the second fic, I think Liliana doesn't know what "spicy sex" is beyond dirty talk, blowjob, vaginal and anal sex with lots of cuddling and "I love you" afterward. Maybe some nudes and some threesomes, but nothing else.

The only kinky people she has are Twilight and Ascentia and she treats it as abuse barely masquering as something everyone reluctantly accepts but cringe at. To be someone so sexual her vision of sex in general seems to be gross vanilla (because of the bestiality and incest, so much incest) at best. I'm not surprised she doesn't understand what "healthy relationship with toxic sex" is.

In addition, I know exactly what brought up that post in the first place: it was one single tweet that people liked a lot because they did understand what it meant. You'd think by reading that post that there was an avalanche of people all coming to say the same thing but it was a tweet that set her off.

In other news, I don't know if this was brought up before but: https://twitter.com/lilian_orchard/status/1335692714894094338?s=20 This is an entire thread Liliana made to show everyone how unbothered she is by the decline of her suscribers and views, how she is fine with having a small little niche and only wants to settled down with her wife.

Edit: It was brought up and I didn't read. Sorry.

Um, no, Elves are not supposed to be some race of freakishly strong people. They're about on par with humans in the physical strength department, although on average humans would likely have a minor advantage.
At least the Thalassian (high) elves anyways. The Night elves are supposed to be a bit tougher than humans given their more primal existence.

In slightly off-topic and possibly late news, but the 2-hour video that Diregentleman/the Less is Morgue writers released 3 weeks ago responding to Lily has been blowing up over the past few days along with their channel, tripling in subscribers and with the vid becoming the channel's most viewed to date. This is funny for two reasons as the Less is Morgue team are all hard leftists/progressives with one of them being nonbinary (once again showing that even Peet's own "side" don't like her) and by deleting Lily just activated yet another Streisand effect that will lead more people down the rabbit hole that is her Internet presence starting with Stockholm which was briefly brought up. They are no Metokur or Deadwing Dork, but the fallout nonetheless will still be substantial at this rate.

Drama sells and people love to hate Jerry

Anyone care to chime in on this?
Or is this just like the blind assumption that Gallade was made because "guys didn't like having a feminine Pokémon like Gardevoir"?
This reminds of one of the writing tips that went something to the tune of
"Bows are a strength weapon, rangers are stronger than warriors
*OverusedpicofSylvanas.png*"

It's just more desperate projection, instead of realizing that some people prefer certain things over others, she has to talk down to people and say the thing she likes is better. You know like an mature 27 year old would.

Only the people I dislike would like this. What are you mad? Typical man baby. That kinda thing.

Not gonna claim to be an expert, but on the 'match Arthas' point, I doubt it becuase:
1) There's about two or three instances of her going toe to toe with Arthas, two of those times had her weakening or trapping him first (and this was before he was fully the lich king) and the third time she (just as Jaina in the alliance version of that moment) didn't really match him, she just survived long enough for her and the player to get the fuck out of there.

2) If she could match Arthas at the height of his power... Why is he a Raid boss that requires an army of the faction's greatest champions to take him down and not have her kick his ass?

While it does indeed take a great deal of arm and shoulder strength to fire a longbow, the sets of muscles used in firing a bow aren't the exact same sets of muscles used to swing a sword, axe, or mace. And warriors generally fight wearing heavy, cumbersome armor that provides one hell of a workout for the wearer.

There's a reason Rangers are considered ranged auxiliary instead of front line infantry. Sword to sword melee focused opponents tend to have an advantage against ranged opponents. If Rangers were stronger than warriors then warriors would be completely redundant.

It sounds like she read somewhere that using a bow takes a good deal of strength and confirmation bias just sort of took over from there.

'See? Sylvanas IS the strongest! She uses a bow and YOU NEED TO BE SO FUCKING STRONG TO USE A BOW DUDE!'

susre you need streanght to pull a bow but jesus it's not like you need to be a macho man or the strongest warrior in the kingdom to do so. They arent a fucking streangth weapon as lily declairs, it's a skill-based one.

You need precision and good aim. Need to be able to draw your arrows quickly but efficiently. You need to be able to run whists carrying it (hoenstly, professional sports bows arent THAT heavy compared to things like swords or whatnot.). Need to know wether to carry it on your back for the time bein or in your hand as maybe there's danger around. What about when your using it in the sky, stood on the ground, hunched to try and sneak up on someone or even kneeling on the ground to minimise yourself from the enemy as much as possible-all 4 of these takes different kinds ofcore muscles for sure but also training in skill as ther target changes depending on where you are, the distance too.
And taking care of one can be a botch and a half depending on how complex it is. there are many mechanics to bows and creating your own is also hard/own arrows take skill-especially ones that could pierce armour/dragon skin/whatever the fuck happens in WoW.

yes you need strength to pull a bow but most humans could do that, especially in a world where fighting is a thing so i bet more people than not would have the strength to pull it, but the skill, a keen eye and the patience to learn such a weapon? That takes a different kind of skillset than just brute streanght. But literally, the strength to pull a bow and to carry it is by far nothing compared to the skills you need to wield one.

I know this is a weird tangent to go off on but it shows how little thought or research lily put into... well anything. She knows little about bow using and now apparently nothing how elves work in her favourite game? wat.

It also takes accuracy and precision to be an archer.

Warriors can fight with swords or axes because they're good at catching a foe off guard or overpowering them in a head to head fight.
Using a bow is a different kind of fighting, it's a matter of tactics.
The threat of a ranged attack can keep an opponent on the defensive or halt a charge.

This is such pathetic coping. Lily really wants to tell herself that skinny goth elf chicks who use magic and bows could physically overpower giant death knights or beefcake orcs.

This this this!! Sylvanas can reasonably beat many people in a fight but its not because shes super strong, its because she fights smart.

Also when she fought Saurfang and Bolvar she was being backed by the jailers powers, aka, her strength was not her own. Rangers are best at ranged attacks (duh) but they can also fight hand to hand if needed as most of them are good with using smaller melee weapons when ranged options aren't available. That's what differs a ranger from an archer, the fact that they can fight up close if they really need to. But most don't as they aren't extremely strong and rely more on speed and wit.

Rangers in general are kind of an OP class because they take the best aspects of the hunter/archer, warrior, and rogue classes and combine them all into one. In games like D&D they're good to play if you're in a small party where you need most of the players to be tanks (especially if you pair the class with a good race like a tabaxi or elf) but WoW doesn't even give the players an option to be a ranger because they're OP. Not because they're strong but because they can use so many different tricks. Lily of course knowing this makes Anevay a ranger.

According to Lily, Anevay is a ranger, but in WoW she's classed as a warrior so this may be where her confusion is coming from. Because in game she would be using Anevay as a tank. Anevay would have all these heavy hitting attacks with swords and axes because she's not classed as a ranger. Typically if you would want to make something close to a ranger in WoW you would choose a hunter as they fight with bows and use pets for close combat. Anevay supposedly has these pets but in actuality they would just be her mount in WoW and wouldn't actually be able to fight because once again, she's a warrior. Essentially what I'm saying is Lily thinks rangers are badass warriors because she plays a warrior and calls her a ranger.

When it comes to bows and strength, that all applies mostly to the big longbows
The kind that had a draw weight in excess of 100 pounds, like the english were famous for using
Those were the ones that required the user to have big muscles
Archelogical finds of english longbowmen actually show bone deformities in their arms from the amount of stress that they were subjected to over their lifetime.

Although I kinda doubt that a ranger would actually use a longbow like that, since they're 6 feet tall and would likely be rather impractical to carry around while sneaking through the wilderness.

I also seem to recall her having some kinda weird interpretation of what a berserker was. I can't recall the exact post but I think it was some picture of Rey that Mikaila made where Lily was just GUSHING about how much she loves the berserker aesthetic and how she was projecting that onto her version of Rey. But, her idea of a berserker is someone who goes into battle with a smug smirk painted on their face and has their long, long hair flowing around them as they swing their weapon, rather than a raging dervish of destruction who relies on brute strength and their bloodrage to overpower their enemies.

Maybe I'm reaching, but I'm starting to wonder whether she blurs the lines of what a 'class' is in a game like WoW based entirely on aesthetic. Anevey looks like a ranger because Lily thinks it's hot, but she functions more like a warrior with greater emphasis put on her strength and ferocity, and that may also be why I believe I've seen her call Sylvanas a berserker as well?

Whenever she refers to men in the WoW community, she's making it up. Just, full on 100% made up bullshit on her part. As someone who is in the WoW community and is a regular on multiple community boards/sites, this shit just doesn't happen. The "outrage" is purely in her head. Notice how she never provides a screenshot of one of these people these people sharing their opinions on the WoW forums or r/wow. Because it doesn't happen, so she has to just claim that they did and you just need to accept it without question.

Like one thing she loves to harp on is how men want to see Arthas redeemed and have him kill Sylvanas and be good again! And just... fucking no, the community doesn't want to see that. Like, maybe a few people do, but absolutely not on the level that Lily bitches on about.

She has a need to be right/win an argument nearly constantly, so she makes these strawmen that hold outlandishly wrong opinions so she can very easily knock them down and come out on top. Like when she's sending herself anon asks to easily bat them off.
