Why would Lily , a known home body, go out of her unit after receiving that email? Stay inside and call the non emergency number if there’s a person hanging around your lobby door. Lily gets her food delivered anyway because she’s a fatass so why not? Let the dude stay out in the cold. It's kind of funny that Lily says 'writing my comfort OC' (that was a sickening excerpt, by the way; even disregarding how gross the physical fixation is I think her actual writing is getting worse), while every time one of these incidents happen it's basically writing fanfiction.

But if it did, we're now to believe that Lily received an e-mail with a picture of her building, presumably taken from a cell phone and not just from Google. Having received this picture 'earlier this afternoon', she then proceeded to either leave the apartment or answered an unsolicited knock on the door without any concern for her safety.
Not to victim blame (since there's no actual victim involved in this), but there comes a point where, if you've been targeted and actually attacked, you instinctively (and possibly subconsciously) start making decisions with you own safety in mind. To have been attacked this many times and not developed any kind of survival instinct strains credulity, to say the least.
Thank everything that’s good that Lily can’t own a firearm.
To the first one: Canada's self-defense laws are basically 'you aren't allowed to defend yourself', but I like that Lily's wording is specifically "I'm not allowed to have guns". Like there was an incident and Lily is on some kind of list.
To the second: back during the MAGA Guy Incident, somebody pulled up Canadian law regarding carrying knives for self-defense. Long story short-- you can't. The only knife you're allowed to have on y our person in Canada is a hunting knife, only if you're hunting, and you aren't allowed to use it as a weapon against another human being. The knife Lily showed off previously is definitely not a hunting knife and, if used in self-defense, would absolutely result in Lily being arrested for illegal possession of a deadly weapon.
Either she doesn't know Canadian law, or she knows nobody else knows Canadian law so she can just make up whatever.

I've said this a while back, but this point comes back now. Lily found out very early on that lying on the internet is so fucking easy, you guys. She can fabricate details of her life and entire events, and no one questions her. At all. Because how are you gonna prove her wrong? By doxxing her? Stalking her? You have no choice but to either take her at her word or be skeptical. Her old RVI wiki was a goldmine of random details, like she is hard of hearing in one ear, or she walks with a limp in public, or she is partially blind. Now she's moved on from pretending she has physical disabilities, to being the victim of several crimes over the past couple years that the police are mysteriously resolving without any kind of report or news attention. Lily said she got raped, stabbed, stabbed a dude, and stalked so obviously she must have been.
It's the same shit she accuses her vultures of doing. We believe anything and everything her ex-friends say about her because we want to believe it. The vultures have a confirmation bias. This is the same shit. Mikaila is brainwashed and incapable of questioning any of this. She's already inclined to believe Lily has some massive hate-following plotting to take her life, so being stalked and raped all sound like perfectly reasonable things that could happen to Lily, rather than being new attempts at deflecting from criticisms.
Because that's the other thing about this--the gossip blogs have been firing on all cylinders lately.
