I don’t think it was ever confirmed, and I doubt they’d ever tell the truth anyways
Imo they got cocky and complacent after making so much from YouTube and Patreon that they assumed the audience would gladly eat up the slop they dished out. It works for the thousand other AI generated true crime channels, even the ones with completely made up cases

I wasn’t bothered by the lazy work on the video when it came to the script or the editing, I was pissed about their shitty attempt to AI clone Kizzume’s voice. Making a cheap buck off of his voice like that is some sleazy work

I think they wrote this themselves, “we just been dealing” and “love goes to you all” is atrocious grammar. You are right about the overuse of commas but these seem more like human error, I ran it through an AI detector and it couldn’t pick up on anything either. The weird quirks of adding the ellipses mid sentence are also human and aren’t something AI would do on its own.

The simplest explanation is the most likely one. They got someone on their team to make a blanket apology that doesn’t elaborate on anything or address why they needed to resort to using AI. It just so happens that the person that wrote it didn’t really give a shit about grammar or writing a decent apology.

Obviously they didn't even fucking care about their AI narrated slop, the Kizzume voice cut out and they started using a random female one because they couldn't be assed to pay money for their AI voiceover since that's the reason they didn't go with the real narrator anyway.

As for the swearing and insulting the criminal they're just following trends for true crime channels like dreading because people liked when that channel "broke character" and did that. (Dreading has his own drama about how he's probably CreepshowArt's husband Anthony, look in her thread for more) How far they've fallen.

I've always liked "This is Monsters" However, he does give his left leaning political views a lot. Overall solid though. Explore With Us is decent, I think I also watch videos from Red Tree Stories, but I remember his voice being kind of jarring, he may have switched to AI narration. I don't remember. Finally, Dreading Crime & Psychology is good. Those are my picks.
