At 31? I know genetics play a factor in bad teeth but 31? My grandmother didn't brush for her entire life and while her teeth looked absolutely horrible before they got taken it was atleast at 56 when she told me they took it out!

Probably a lack of proper nutrition so their teeth rot quickly.

Didn't he actually replace the doll at some point, claimed that the spirit of Twilight went from the old doll to the new doll. I think that this is actually why he has more than one Twilight doll. I think that, depending on what sexual thing he decides to do with his waifu he uses a doll that he feels is more suited to the purpose.
