Lol, it was this rant that introducted me to Jin! I remember when I first saw it, I thought it was a copypasta or some thing like that. I refused to believe back then, because I was still optimistic about the human race.

I think this is closest to what happened. Basically Jin went so exceptional in order to be the most unique snowflake, he ended up being too fucking crazy for the entire MLP snowglobe. Then when he tried to make his own site so he could be the biggest snowflake with authority, no one was left to admire his special-ness.

This would have been a user called Rainbow Crush, who was to my knowledge the only lesbian pony lover. He would go out of his way to rip on her specifically because one of his friends was dating the 'true' Rainbow Dash (also they had differences of opinions on Equestria Girls).

iirc, Jin was banned from talking about Twilight on RLPV because he was aggressive to people. Taxman made My Little Waifu but Jin got enormously butthurt at it because of all the "phonies". I think he actually had his own containment board on RLPV for a brief time.

Seriously, he was even too autistic for the other people pretending to date cartoon horses. It was meant as a containment board for the "pony lovers" (waifu fanatics and tulpa fuckers) but Jin would shut down any discussion that wasn't about him or respectfully pulling it to his wife and most of them just went to MLW and then dropped off the radar, some hopefully to re-evaluate their lives.

I think the straw for a lot of his cronies was him somehow shipping his wife and her brother. I can't tell you the mental gymnastics behind that one if I tried.

And yet Jin says it's everyone else that's deviant and it's part of why he "quit" the fandom (the other reason being that the show didn't validate his delusions and became critically butthurt over it) when it's everyone else that has rejected him except for a handful of dwindling asspatters. I'd say that out of an entire fandom of spergs, varying levels of ponyfucker deviants, and crazed neckbeards with waifus (and tulpas), Jin is the very worst of the worst. And if he isn't you're going to need to make a very compelling argument for why they're worse than Jin.

Jin was the worst I saw. Others were sadder, others were grosser, but none were so self-assured and petulant over it. I'd say the second worst was probably Taxman because of the associated substance abuse that went along with his delusions. I don't know if the fact that Taxman actually went through horrendous breakups with Rarity periodically because of his own faults made him better or worse.

Rainbow Crush is the one I know the best, and her bright point is that she doesn't share her private life with anyone online or irl now and actually has a pretty great job and platonic social life now. Although I guess you could argue secrecy is a sign of deeper delusion than openness.

Recently weens associated with various online brony groups have been trying to provoke Jin into responding to news that a Norwegian changed his last name to "Twilight Sparkle", in a way stealing the identity of Jin's waifu.

The part that always kills me is that Jin says his friends and family say his love for twilight is a beautiful thing and they support him. And obviously someone does because we've seen pictures of Jin and the horse plush that prove someone else took the picture or helped.

But honestly, I can't even imagine having a sibling or child like Jin. How is he not in a ward or taking some serious meds??

Do meds for Crohn's bring any sort of weird mental shit? I know he has Crohn's and a slew of other awful diseases. I wonder if the medication for that stuff contributes to his bizarro handle on reality.

Actually, in some readings, it is.

人 means human. It can be read as "hito", "- ri" "- to" from the Kun pronounciation. And read as "jin" or "nin" with an On pronounciation.

For example the term for a Japanese person is "nihonjin" which is spelled "日本人" while a foreigner or "gaikokujin" literally meaning "outsider person" would be spelled "外国人"

Problem is without knowing the kanji you really can't say because there are maybe 60 words using "jin". However if he simply wanted to be called "human" or "person" it would be "hito".
