Most likely because shortly after receiving his payment and processing the order, someone else in the company/shop/garage/stripmall storefront figured out who he was and what "Disability" was being mentioned. Shortly thereafter followed a brief google search accompanied by both disgust, vomiting and moments of incredulous laughter ending with promptly deleting his account and any emails associated with it once the nausea passed. They gave me a price quote on it, I sent the payment promptly, they replied once to confirm that they had received the payment and would get to work on it soon, and that's the last I ever heard from them.
... as any normal person would do.
As far as I know there are no official ages for any of the characters. Wikipedia says the show started in 2010 so my guess is that according to Jin she was 20 then and since she's spent most of the time since the in his filthy deformed plushie () she'd be 26 by now. The date is probably something he completely pulled at his ass though.
It's been long established that Jin has created his own universe around the plushie, abandoning the show's story line somewhere around it's 2nd or 3rd season I think. Any age or detail he professes to be true aren't related to whatever nonsense Hasbro has continued to slander his wife's personality and life with.
If I remember right, It's one of the many reasons he bashes the fandom now, because it's all lies and falsehoods when he knows the "real" story about what's happening in that magical land of cartoon pastel ponies invented by a toy company.
Well.. that and he's pretty much insane and no fandom or group can tolerate him for very long.
