That link doesn't go anywhere. Even if it did, you claiming copyright to the government will just result in them telling you to sue them if you care so much. Which you can't do.

Alright so I looked through this website and it's dedicated to ICE (Immigrations and Customs Enforcement) IP theft and prosecution. In other words, they don't handle domestic intellectual property-related crimes, so because I'm a nice guy I looked at the FBI's website, i.e. the people who do handle domestic crimes of this nature.
On their website, it specifically states that although you are technically able to file complaints against any potential intellectual thefts, you need to jump through a bunch of hurdles first to prove that you are the party in question, and you couldn't do it on your brothers' behalf. Also, any complaints of this nature would require you to spend money you don't have, so again, I ask you: why should anyone care? These are empty threats you're making.

Honestly, since you aren't using these scripts, I think I may just base a novel around some of the content in them. Then I'll be the author, while you're welcome to be the "auther", whatever that might be. I've been looking for some fresh content to write about, and this is a fucking goodmine.
