He argues that Rapetone wasn't a threat to Pinkychu because Rapetone said he wouldn't be, argued that because Pinkychu got the protective order she couldn't have been scared and that Tectone didn't have 5 lawyers which directly contracts Rapetone. Rapetone could also care less about Pink carrying out a civil case vs a criminal one, because losing a civil case won't force into prison.

TL;DR: On stream, Tectone said that he was misdiagnosed as Schizophrenic. He went to the psychiatrist for a check-up due to hallucationions and because of this, he was diagnosed as Schizo and was given medicine. However, they later found out that it was a misdiagnosis and told him that the hallucinations were caused by him getting stabbed in the left eye along with anxiety and childhood trauma.

Harmful got interested in this and decided to dig into what other things Tectone talked about in regards to hallucinations. He found 2 clips where he tells some stories. In the first one, Tectone said that it's typical for him to see demons on the road that he must run over . But at one point, he got close to this demon and it turned out that there was just something there, which almost caused him to get into a car crash. In the second one, Tectone says that he also feels and hears these hallucinations

These 2 clips put into question whether or not the psychiatrist's theory about him being stabbed in the eye is correct or not

This is not "bad research", it's tactics. Mizkif makes a joke about John having a team of five lawyers, and TBYS accuses him of lying for it, and further emphasizes the idea that Mizkif (and by extension everyone else criticizing Tectone) is untrustworthy by saying "I don't know why you would lie about this". Even if Tectone really only had one lawyer, and Mizkif was making a baseless joke about the guy being overly lawyerful, it would still be a joke, not a lie, and TBYS knows this.

This is also not "bad research", he is looking at the allegation and using it to frame her as an unworthy accuser because she's very vain "do any of her accusations not involve plastic surgery", and then pointing at the lack of corroborating evidence to imply that she's lying and can't back up her claims. However, he is reading from a deposition, he knows that depositions are only a part of the discovery phase to get each side's version of events, there isn't going to be corroborating evidence in a deposition.
