Presumably, if a court acquitted him, said career and income would be to some extent repaired, saying nothing of dodging the reputational damage of being labelled a generational rapist. I haven't watch the video, but I've seen a couple clips on twitter, and this motherfucker is retarded. He argues that Rapetone wasn't a threat to Pinkychu because Rapetone said he wouldn't be, argued that because Pinkychu got the protective order she couldn't have been scared and that Tectone didn't have 5 lawyers which directly contracts Rapetone. We're talking about being scared of tweets here. TBYS didn't claim Tectone said he wasn't a threat. TBYS claimed Pinkchyu didn't drop criminal charges because of fear since Tectone claimed to be cooperative with police and since Pinkchyu should be equally afraid of attacking Tectone legally for the civil case. TBYS didn't claim Pinkchyu couldn't have been scared because of the protective order. Instead, he claimed Pinkchyu filed for a protective order, so she could one-sidedly attack Tectone and that her case was too flimsy to gain the same protection through winning a criminal case. You're misattributing statements to TBYS which he didn't make, then calling him the retard lol

She never dropped the criminal charge. She put them on pause while pursuing legal protection for herself through a court that admittedly has a lower standard for a decision than a criminal court, so she could pursue the criminal charges without a fear of reprisal. TBYS' argument that she wasn't intimidated into silence therefore she must be lying is retarded. Rapetone could also care less about Pink carrying out a civil case vs a criminal one, because losing a civil case won't force into prison.
Good point, I do remember Tectone talking on stream about how he's actually inhabited by a spirit that only comes out when he goes on twitter, and that the spirit writes all this stuff that Tectone doesn't agree or believe with.

Well this has been an interesting thread. I don't need TBYS to go through the court documents and the case, I'd prefer someone with credentials in law and not a bias. Grifters will stand up for each other if they're on the same side of the political spectrum. TL;DR: On stream, Tectone said that he was misdiagnosed as Schizophrenic. He went to the psychiatrist for a check-up due to hallucationions and because of this, he was diagnosed as Schizo and was given medicine. However, they later found out that it was a misdiagnosis and told him that the hallucinations were caused by him getting stabbed in the left eye along with anxiety and childhood trauma.
Harmful got interested in this and decided to dig into what other things Tectone talked about in regards to hallucinations. He found 2 clips where he tells some stories. In the first one, Tectone said that it's typical for him to see demons on the road that he must run over
. But at one point, he got close to this demon and it turned out that there was just something there, which almost caused him to get into a car crash. In the second one, Tectone says that he also feels and hears these hallucinations

This is not "bad research", it's tactics. Mizkif makes a joke about John having a team of five lawyers, and TBYS accuses him of lying for it, and further emphasizes the idea that Mizkif (and by extension everyone else criticizing Tectone) is untrustworthy by saying "I don't know why you would lie about this". Even if Tectone really only had one lawyer, and Mizkif was making a baseless joke about the guy being overly lawyerful, it would still be a joke, not a lie, and TBYS knows this.
This is also not "bad research", he is looking at the allegation and using it to frame her as an unworthy accuser because she's very vain "do any of her accusations not involve plastic surgery", and then pointing at the lack of corroborating evidence to imply that she's lying and can't back up her claims. However, he is reading from a deposition, he knows that depositions are only a part of the discovery phase to get each side's version of events, there isn't going to be corroborating evidence in a deposition.
And this is the reason why he's doing it, he sees that Tectone is a very successful Asmongold orbiter, and so he wants to buddy up with Tectone to hopefully buddy up with Asmongold, while also defending the honor of Asmongold which is at stake because he's friends with someone of very poor character (which would be the case even without rape being involved). TBYS has a habit of lying in order to score wins in arguments, take for example this part of his video about Noah Samsen where he unironically claims that Lara Croft is not wearing those clothes because she's being sexualized, it's because "it's fashionable for her body type" (what is even supposed to be the distinction here?)
