Yeah it's also one of those stands that definitely benefits from animation to understand it.

Like it's not even the most confusing main villain stand either (that would go to D4C in the Who Shot Johnny arc or Wonder of U for it's inconsistency)

D4C is only inconsistent in its very first appearance, where it appears to merge multiple timelines into one. Every time after that is fairly straightforward, all it does is bring things from other dimensions into the prime dimension.

Yeah that's why I said it's only ever confusing in Who Shot Johnny Joestar since after that arc, it's a pretty consistent stand.

They did pretty good with the last three dubs imo so I wonder what happened here.

I really liked Ermes dub, but that was about it. Was never really much of a Matthew Mercer fan.

Guy playing Pucci was trying to hard.

The spin off manga's first chapters are out. No english translation yet but they look very good. I already checked out the Hol Horse manga and both Mariah and Boingo make appearences, also it seems Kenny G is alive and DIO's parrot (the one that hes first seen with in the manga, not Pet Shop) is mentioned. The red headed girl that is seem in some of the promo art is actually Kakyoin's cousin and she visits his grave in this first chapter.

EDIT:Got some more details, Kenny G is not only alive and well, but he's married to Mariah. So this fucking jobber from Part 3 that got oneshoted by Iggy of all people is now banging the hottest Part 3 character daily.

Totally forgot this was a thing. Feels crazy to be getting new content with these characters from nearly three decades ago.

I'm still reeling form the combination of Hol Horse and Josuke. Seems like they just pulled names out of a hat and made a spinoff from the results.
 
This is late but if DroneYea, the reddit repeater himself lands a VA job with his wonderful monotone boring as fuck voice then that's gotta be proof that the entire industry isn't built on talent but on having the right connections and an okay public facade. The dude sounds like he's constantly being fed sleeping pills, I can't imagine him doing anything but going over articles repeating GAMER GOOD, BLIZZARD BAD like a robot made out of flesh.

I kinda like that tho, curious to know what the fuck will come out of it. Reading the chapter I couldnt understand what was going on exactly because I dont read moon runes, but the art and panelling was top notch. The artist hits that sweet spot between characters being slim supermodels from late Araki and them being absolute brick houses from early Araki.

Its the same writer behind Purple Haze Feedback and that novel is great, I'm very optimistic.

I read the first chapter, and it's pretty good. Though I'm curious what the fuck is happening, but guess I'll wait till next chapter
 
Read the Stone Ocean One-Shot. It was okay and got some chuckles out of me. It's not really a serious story and it's a bit fanservicy (in the perverted sense) but isn't too intrusive.

I heard about the japs really not liking the SO one shot, didnt know it was this bad of a reaction.
 
I don’t see why JP Twitter is so pissed about the Jolyne one-shot. Having just read it myself, it was a decent spinoff, and there wasn’t anything worth getting mad over.

Well some American fans are also pissed. I guess the reason was they were mad it wasn't a serious spinoff and more of a jokey one that was rather raunchy.

Still really dumb since it's a harmless one shot
