JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Part 9 Jojolands currently ongoing

I don't see the anime making many changes story-wise. One of the better and worse in equal measures part of DP's adaptations is their committment to Araki's original story, with most of their big changes being fairly small (the DiU epilogue, expanding on La Squadra). I think at most we may get a few cameos from across the show in regards to Made In Heaven (in general I do think they'll have Josuke and Giorno make cameos) but that'll be it.

Issei Takahashi is playing Rohan Kishibe in a 3-part adaptation of Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan airing from 12/28-12/30.


Fun fact: I first heard of Issei Takahashi from Late Night! The Genius Bakabon, in which Rohan's anime voice actor played Eel-Dog, and his ASB/EOH voice actor played himself.

I mean they also condensed the July 15th fights for DiU and change the placement of the cinderella arc with Kira's arc.

As for what they could change for Part 6, I think they'll likely condense the Punishment Ward fights mainly Dragon's Dream and Yo Yo Ma since those were really hated.

Since I can't shut up about Stone Ocean with my friends, I'll do it here too; IF the part 6 anime comes out, what do you think it'll be like? Will the art style look like part 5's or different, what story points will be changed or just altered a bit, who voices who, etc. Since we're officially 500 days in without an announcement in sight, I wonder if DP is taking there time with this one.

I just want there to be a decent epilogue, which SO sorely lacks (Jotaro dies in one frame and he is never seen again except as fake Jotaro). Not some rushed one. Like something 10-15 minutes, just saying goodbye to the Jojo universe and showing its a bittersweet, but happy ending where Jotaro is at peace, never did part 6 (but did all the others) and Joylene doesn't have a Stand, implying that Jojo's Bizarre adventures are over. If its the same rushed epilogue that makes people think it will be grimdark then I'll be sorely disappointed.

This is gonna be a very specific thing to want from the anime, but I sorta hope that Weather Report and Pucci have the same voice actor. For obvious reasons.

Everyone knows New Passione was at Disney World during SO. But seriously, an epilogue and some added details would be nice, like how they did for VA.

How Hirohiko was able to illustrate this is just proof that his talent for drawing is unmatchable.

Also, VIZ’s omnibus series for Diamond Is Unbreakable is still currently on sale. I’m not the biggest VIZ fan, but the cover art for the new installments look pretty whimsical:

Hermes barely survived the Flaccid Pancake fight and was recovering in the infirmary until Jolyne broke out.

Dragon Ball/recently-converted One Piece YouTuber Totally Not Mark's revisiting JoJo. He watched some of the anime years back and didn't like it, but he's giving it another chance through the manga (since so few reviewers check out manga) and enjoyed Phantom Blood much better than before.

The funniest part abt the fighting gold memes are it was caused because the full audio was copyrighted and videos were taken down, if I recall correctly. So there was purpose of Coda being kicked in the balls.

Seems like the Wonder of U fight is finally about to come to a close, hopefully in 2-3 more chapters. I really kinda wonder how much longer Part 8 is going to run for, because there's probably a few more chapters before we hit the flash-forward with Tsurugi and Norisuke's body and who knows how many for the final fight.
