Don't get me wrong, I love Jouji, Hayami, and all the classic VAs. But I'm seeing (hearing) less and less of the old guard in anime these days. It's not uncommon for me to look at the ending credits of a current anime and not recognize any of the actors.

What I read was that typically the more seniority an actor has the more expnsive they are.

I think if that is the case, it could also be some of these VA's probably want to retire since voice acting can be a stressful job in terms of how it can affect your well... throat anyway (like how in the Inherited Soul Event, Sugita looked done with everything near the end of it)

My assumption earlier was due to how generally Jojo is a pretty expensive anime since each part has hired many very talented Japanese VA's who are pretty big voice actors. But then again the anime has been known to replace people from the game to the anime due to actor's being busy with other projects or probably finding better talent.

It probably would not be best to make predictions until there is more information about the production.
 
Honestly, I am more excited that we are one step closer to Steel Ball Run being animated.

I have never met anyone who puts Part 6 anywhere close to their favorites. I hope the anime can cut down the lesser parts (yo yo mama and goo goo dolls come to mind) and really elevate Pucci as a character.
 
Speaking of the games, do you guys know where I can get physical, subtitled versions of the PS3 JoJo Games? I totally missed out on those.

Eyes of Heaven's available on PS4 with subs and goes for fairly low prices every few months.

All Star Battle will probably be best found on Ebay or Gamestop. Be warned if you're in the EU, ASB has no options to download patches or DLC fighters.

I only have a PS3. And I got an email saying they're killing the PS3 Playstation store.

ASB is better emulated nowadays, there's tons of community patches that fix practically all the issues with the game and you can get the DLCs for free. Not to mention ASB runs pretty well on RPCS3. I believe EoH also runs pretty well and there's some modding going there but I don't know much about it.

If your in the states, gamestop doesn't have it listed on their site anymore and if you do find a copy in store, your going to pay at least $50. I was lucky and got mine for $25, but after DiU took off anything Jojo went UP in price from the S.A.S figures (that I HIGH key recommend for any fan) to any type of merch.
If you do eventually get a PS4. Eyes of Heaven goes for sale at least once a month, but I recommend waiting for the Big in Japan sales on ps4 since they put the game for under $20 if your lucky.

If anything, just emulate if your computer can handle it since like others have said the moding community has fixed a ton of things. I just have the ps3 copy, and I wanna say there's a little imput lag here n there but I whip it out to play with my brother once in a while.

Stillll wondering why the fuck they gave Bruno pink eyes. Scares the shit outta me ngl.
 
I live in the US and have two PS3s. I heard years ago that it's hackable, but I've been too scared of bricking it. I'm starting to get to that age where tech stuff is becoming difficult to handle.

Haha holy shit we’re finally at the conclusion of the head doctor arc in Jojolion. Kaato coming back and Tooru being brought close to death leaves a lot of speculation for how the story will go once we reach the endgame.
 
I watched the series up to somewhere early on in part 4 while I was staying home due to me having covid.

I was honestly not expecting to enjoy the show as much as I did. I love the art style, how over the top everything is, the usage of American music in the ED, it's all so good.

Gotta get back into part 4 at some point.

Well that went on forever didn't it? It's definitely not over yet though. I was wondering what Caato's hair resembling wasp nests meant. What with rock human women abandoning their babies in the woods, and said babies parasitizing wasp queens after all. And now Tooru, who just ate the equivalent exchange fruit, is crawling like a baby towards Caato. At the same time their mansion is all fucked up by the plane door right now but the flash forward shows it intact. Maybe some sort of Bites the Dust situation is incoming?

There is speculation that Kaato is probably the final villain Josuke has to face especially since I have also seen speculation that she will use the fruit and Tooru to bring back Jobin
