Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv Public Records Request

People should post if they want any information requested. I'll think about how to formulate a records request to get the information people want and post it here for suggestions later. The request must be for records within the custody and control of the Township. In order to get records beyond the township some other procedure would be necessary and I don't want to get into that right now.

Thoughts so far:
  • mayor's office
  • police records (RCMP, might not be available from the Township)
  • bylaw enforcement records (might be different type of law enforcement agency that the Township does have records for)
It appears that RCMP records require a different procedure. The PDF for that is attached and they charge a $5 processing fee minimum.

It was mentioned in another thread, but you can go through the standard FOIA procedure for each specific governing body, and you can see this:

It's important to be as broad and specific as possible in your request, and make sure to specifically request electronic disclosure:

If you want specific details or need help dealing with McEvoy and his merry band of ignorami, drop a note to info [at] pedofiles.ca and we'll try to help. The public MUST be permitted knowledge of threats in the community. For this reason, it might be better if we had a proxy based in Vancouver so that they arguably have standing.

Because they won't be as likely to disclose, or as fully, to a party from Arizona or Texas.

NOTE: Pardon my horrid BB markup. Don't use it ofte... actually, I never use BBCode markup.

FILES: Attached is an explanation about the Public Interest override. However, activating it would probably require something more concrete than some postings on the internet. Having him declared a Bad Faith Actor (party to a recognized claim) and protecting the public from his litigious and extortive behaviour (wax my balls or I will sue is extortion, but it's a civil claim to be argued) but if we can get the courts to recognize (declare) that he is acting in bad faith can go a long way towards stemming his suppression of public discourse.
