After filing suit against the TOL, indirectly the RCMP and the 911 call centre, finally the courts are wised-up to what he is doing. It wasn't too long ago that anyone JY objected to was removed from the court house.

One year probation usually comes with conditions. Most commonly, keeping the peace. I want to know what behavioural standards have been set. There is no way he can stay out of trouble for a year.

It is a conditional discharge, so technically not a criminal "conviction". He has to comply with whatever his probation officer deems. If he does not, or if he commits another crime, the court can strike the discharge and convict him criminally.

For the next three years he has an active file on the Canadian Police Information Centre... his sentence and particulars will come up every time his plates get run or has any contact with Law Enforcement

Because his is a conditional discharge, his CPIC file gets scrubbed after 3 years. He can then resume life as a normal person. Other than the fact that he's a fucked up manatee with BO, bad makeup, a small penis, a sick mind, and a hag for a mother.. but otherwise normal

Is he legally bound to tell any future employer (yeah I know) if they ask about charges etc?

nvm, just Googled. Name change/number plates makes sense now.

In the states they'll release you from the ER with just a few & then you get more from your prescribing Doctor
The only IM pain meds I know of are morphine on a pump...you DO NOT inject yourself, & you're monitored by a nurse.
Add to this his history of suicide threats & attempts & no way in hell are they gonna provide him the means of ODing, injectable or oral narcs (altho I wish they would)

He had the "accident" & waits till the next day to call an ambulance?
No mention of who, what or where this happened?
He's back home from the ER within 2 hours...couldn't have been that serious.

If this is a ploy to avoid court...wouldn't he need a Doctors note or similar?
If it is...this is one of the dumbest moves he's made to date...You don't go lying to the big boy courts...
especially with all his other cases pending

The waxers & the Choos have lawyered up & jonny's stuck with costs if he doesn't pursue it...& even more costs if he fails.

I can't believe he's doing all this with the TOL also....kinda like biting the hand that strokes him.

edit add: He better not be driving if he's under the influence of pain meds....That can be a DUI in the states.

If he was under pain meds the hospital would only release him if someone was there to take him home: a taxi, a friend, whatever. NOT to drive home still effected if he was given anything stronger then tylenol #3. If he was given even 5mg oxycocet (percocet) let alone injected morphine, no chance would he be released to drive himself.

He didn't need to change his name. It won't keep the conditional discharge from appearing when they run his name Jessica Simpson in the CPIC. From the police intelligence perspective, it is just another AKA

As for employment.. due to a variety of human rights precedents, employment law, etc, all an employer can legally ask is as follows:
"Have you ever been convicted of a criminal offence for which you have not received a records suspension or pardon"?

Since a conditional discharge is not a conviction, Yaniv could faithfully answer "No" to this standard question with, or without, his name change.

Hopefully one of the folks he threatened goes forth to the RCMP and files a complaint against Yaniv for uttering threats.. If not, it is just another raving lunatic on the road.

I do want to go on record and predict that, should any of JY's probation conditions be unappealing to him, he will file a complaint of discrimination against them with the BCHRT.

Suing your probation officer would be in line with JYs MO

He'll be hitting the sauce as soon as he gets home and probably drinking until he passes out tonight. After the courthouse fiasco he will need to take the edge off. With him thoroughly lubricated with alcohol anything is possible. Expect a report from WGKitty of police and ambulance arriving at Jon's condo in about six or so hours.

Here's some video from today's court encounter with Donald. It's a genuine tard fight.

edit: FUCK. I was just in the process of downloading it and it was set to private. Let that be a lesson to us all..... download/archive first I guess.

It was really good too. Donald and some guy with a camera (John Southern) followed Yaniv and Miriam to their car from the court house with two cops/sheriffs following. Yaniv stopped in the middle of the sidewalk and yelled at Donald to get away - exactly like he did with Keean from rebel news. But Donald persisted and Miriam put her hand on JY and they walked to the car. JY then said he was going to hit Donald with his car and that sent Donald off into a bit of a retard rant. Donald and John Southern continued to follow them to JY's car as he again threatened to run over Donald (not really a threat but kind of). JY in the drivers seat backed the car up quickly and drove out of the lot with Miriam riding shotgun. As he turned onto the main road he floored the gas and the little hatchback looking car let out all of it's 100 horsepower as Tranny and psycho mom speed off into the distance.
