I can can count on one hand the number of times I've phoned the police (and ambulance services come to that) during my entire life.

He inundated Devyn and another member during BCHRT...the fact that the ToL won't give out names to yaniv speaks volumes and a red flag as to what he's about. I can well believe the tales of him harassing young girls, the female waxers and everyone else who comes into contact with him.

I can see yaniv escalating this Elston thing, he's going to be the next Donald.

UK - "According to the Highway Code, drivers should only use their horns when their car is moving and they need to warn other road users of their presence. It's important not to sound your horn in anger after a dangerous event has taken place - this can see a motorist get fined.

The Highway Code states that motorists mustn't blast their horn "aggressively" as it's not a tool to alarm others "without viable and reasonable intention".

Using mobiles whilst driving is illegal here too. Automatic penalty fines right there for jonny.

Imagine all the goodwill this has fostered between him and the authorities. It really is amazing that he doesn’t get his ass kicked on a daily basis.
