While the thought of him in a cell is a nice one, I do fear that he would be treated as a TrueWoman and as such get sent to the woman's lockup putting everyone there at risk.
I don't think he wants to be locked up with a bunch of tough chicks fresh off the rez. His troon armor will not work in prison.

This has been discussed several dozens of times. However, since you missed those..

In Canada, if JJYS were sentenced to custody, he would serve it in a women's institution. This is not speculation, it is the law here.

Yes, but the female prison population would be much better able to deal with JY than the average Sikh lady walking down the street in Langley, so it would be a marginal improvement.

Unless there are "health or safety concerns that cannot be resolved. If you need to be transferred, it should happen as soon as possible."

Trust me, they'll throw him in a men's facility first and cite safety concerns or that there isn't a women's facility that can accommodate his health issues at that time.

He WOULD eventually get transferred, but even a week of JY in a men's institution would be funny as fuck.

You are incorrect.

JJYS would be placed in a woman's institute. There is nothing to debate.

Whilst Johnnyboy is a predator, he is a failed predator. He doesn’t have the mental capacity to manipulate to be in a position to carry out his desire (to abuse young girls). He won’t stand a chance against adult women.
Even if he were to end up in prison (highly unlikely) he is going to be bullied. They will dangle friendship and “sistahood ” in front of his face and Mean Girls him. He will be the special needs kid in school who the kids get to do stupid stuff for their amusement.

Johnny isn’t a danger to regular adult women who aren’t vulnerable because he doesn’t have the ability to manipulate.

He might spaz out and be physically violent, but he is a failed predator. He can’t even do that well.

That won't happen,

Nice google law degree.

I have a real one, and 20 years of practicing in Canada.

JJYS, in the unlikely event of receiving a custodial sentence, would do so in a woman's institution.

This isn't up for debate.
Don't be too specific for the sake of a smug "Gotcha"; after all, it's a beehive of weaponized autism here mate.

I'm not a lawyer, so I'm talking outta my ass.
I don't believe jonny will be committed to ANY prison, he has too many mental issues.
In the states he'd be a good candidate for a psych commitment to a govt. mental facility if leafland has anything similar?

As far as trannys in prisons? many states are allowing it. Calif. all one has to do is say they're trans & get shipped off to the womens prisons....TOTAL insanity

Are institutions any better than prisons? Sure he'd get counseling and treatment (for all the good it would do) but he wouldn't be free to terrorize the population. I have zero knowledge on any of this, just asking.

@REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Up here, Correctional Services Canada uses the term "Institution" for prison. They're synonyms here.

Per ShortStack's question about getting JJYS into a mental hospital, or committed to a mental health facility, I wrote a fair bit about why that is nearly impossible in the case of JJYS.

Basically in BC, much like the rest of Canada, it is pretty hard to get someone committed against their will for longer than 48 hours. I provide quotes and links in a previous post somewhere in the Yaniv section of the farms if anyone feels like hunting.

As for the poster that says Yaniv is unlikely to receive a custodial sentence for his crimes (thus far), they are absolutely correct. I've pointed out numerous times that speculating about Yaniv being given a custodial sentence is, at this juncture, pure fantasy.

As for the speculation about where he would serve his time if he were to, one day, be sentenced to prison... He's a woman in the eyes of the law. End of discussion.

I think this conversation occurs about every 10-15 pages.

Finally, with regards to @Hyacinth Bucket (Bouquet) saying this isn't worth getting angry over.. I don't think anyone is angry. I certainly don't read anger into the comments of people who don't understand a topic or concept.

Much appreciated. Maybe it's off topic but now my interest is piqued; how are the living conditions as an inmate (patient?) having been committed to a mental health facility compared to a regular prison?
