I have every sympathy for somebody who sincerely believes that have been born into a body of the wrong sex. If I stacked up all of the occasions, through the years, when girlfriends or female acquaintances have publicly discussed their genitals, against the numerous times when Yaniv has baby-talked over his necrotic pussy, the ensuing bar chart would resemble the World Trade Centre after the South Tower collapsed.
