Not a lot of surgeons do SRS. There are like, six big-name surgeons who do most of the surgeries and a dozen or so who do them from time to time. A lot of the "SRS surgeons" do only top surgery and maybe FFS; not a lot will do bottom surgery, and it's only a handful around the world.
