Phalloplasty makes vaginoplasty look state-of-the-art. They basically dig a chunk out of your arm or leg and wrap it into a tube shape and sew it on. Final results look nothing like a real dick.

JY never found LR/WG. I'm still in near-daily contact with them. It's basically just a matter of real life stuff keeping LR busy. It's not my place to speak for them, but I can promise everyone with 100000% certainty that they're perfectly safe from Fat Jon. Other than complaining about their plummeting property values and the building shifting towards unit 203, LR is still in great spirits and regularly enjoys pointing and laughing at Jon. That's about all I want to say on their behalf.

I don't know how or why this guy connects JY to the Carson Crimini case, but HOO BOY you want to read some lulzy a-logging, pick nearly any article on the Meow Mix and jump to the comments and you will often see the same 3 or 4 people rageposting so hard I am amazed they haven't blown a blood vessel doing so.

There is plenty of random 1 off a-log posts as well when the article is pointing on some of the more dramatic bullshit that Yaniv gets up to just like there is much rage here when there's talk of him abusing his 'service' dog and the like. The older posts are better for really lol-tastic rants, but you won't be disappointed by any comment thread. At least one of the a-logs will have reported in on it.

SRS is a funny thing because the outcomes can differ so significantly. Sometimes it comes out pretty convincing, although that's the exception to the rule. It's very deceptive because surgeons will show their patients pictures of the best outcomes, and the patients will think "oh that's what I'll have after the surgery." Well unless you happen to be part of that lucky 5% (or whatever it is) it's going to be terrible.

A lot of things are like this. If you went to some kind of private art school sometimes the things exposed at opening day are from the best students, but not all students. So you think it's amazing what they managed to do, but 60% of the drawings /art pieces are from that one guy who got a lot of formal training before enlisting, who's dad is an Art Director already, and who is leaving the school for another anyway, and what's exposed doesn't reflect the level at which the majority of the students operate. At the end of the day those schools are businesses first.

Same with surgeries, they put the best outcomes in their little pictures books and not the failures or even the average result.
If it's a business they want your money, and any quality standard that is not put in law and enforced is not the norm.

Of course, with any surgery you are taking a risk that the outcome may be shit. I wonder if plastic surgeons are like that, if a sizeable percentage of the noses just collapse after rhinoplasties. Though they probably treat the average patient a little better than they do the average troon.

Still i think some trans people are happy with what they get, mostly the mtf ones who didn't care about having a functioning, realistic pussy as much as they cared about not having a dick.
Also, there's a lot of demand and it's lucrative....

People have a healthy skepticism, in general, about plastic surgery. Yet that is absolutely not allowed when it comes to SRS. The very notion is downright TRANSPHOBIC.

The best plastic surgeon I know manages patient expectations really well. He says something like “You have a fantasy in your mind of utter perfection. I’ll get you into the shadow of the perfection you want, which isn’t real anyway.” Any SRS surgeon who said that would probably be dragged publicly as a tranny hater who deliberately does a subpar job on trannies in order to express his hatred for them.

A lot of plastic surgery patients are repeat customers. If you're the sort of person to find flaws in your appearance and obsess over them to the point where you spend money to have surgery to fix them, you don't stop at just one thing. Not to mention that you want your patients' social contacts to see your work literally on their faces and want to come in and obtain your services themselves. Also, plastic surgery tends to be expensive, meaning that many of your customers have the money to sue you if things go wrong. After all, plastic surgery is a luxury good, you usually only start shopping for a plastic surgeon once you have your financial needs taken care of and you have piled up some money. The incentives for plastic surgeons don't really seem to be on the side of butchery.

Troons, on the other hand, have fixated on their stink ditches and think they'll just get this one surgery and then they'll finally be recognized as Real Women(tm), don't go around exposing their SRS surgeon's work to everyone they meet (well, not usually), their social circles are completely dysfunctional, they have no money because they're crazy, they think they'll die if they don't get the surgery, and there is a cult-like code of silence about saying anything that might stop the eggs from hatching. The incentives are considerably different all around.

I mean yes, plastic surgery can and does go wrong on a regular basis, but this usually isn't the result of callous butchery. There are problems with the industry, but it's far from a horrorshow. Except for SRS surgeons.
