Depends. The "progressive stack" is fickle and fluid, and trannies in particular are seriously pissing people off lately (notice how lots of different sports are declaring "nah, we're chromosome testing now and you're gonna compete with your real gender"?). Even the kangaroo court "Human Rights Tribunal" in Canadia has ruled against Yaniv in recent years, and that used to be his go-to for instant victory.

I imagine if a faggot, a fellow tranny, or some other "disadvantaged person" (black, disabled, retarded, etc.) got into it physically with him during process service, a court wouldn't necessarily automatically give him a win.
