British Columbia Human Rights Board will eventually have to make JYs name public. JY has been outing Jessica Yaniv before and since the May 30, 2019 BC Human Tribunal report was released on several Social Media Accounts under Jonathan / Jessica Yaniv. I can't verify this information in any way, but I consider it credible because of how bizarre Yaniv's behavior has been recently.

Someone's informed me that Yaniv basically receives no commercial business anymore, has failed to recoup any financial losses via human rights tribunals, and is increasingly at odds with local police in Vancouver. He moved out of his mother's house (but still accepts money from her) to live in a condo by himself, but the social isolation has made him more self destructive than before.

It's not surprising that JY's consulting business has fallen by the wayside. Even without JY's worsening reputation leading to a drop in business activity, JY's increased interest in wasting time with social media slap-fights and other non-productive activity both on and offline would make it difficult at best to run a business or otherwise earn money. Similar to other serial litigants I'm familiar with, JY seems to have no steady revenue stream, so it's no surprise to see JY struggling financially and relying on money from mommy dearest. One wonders if JY will be able to pay the $150 judgment within the allotted 60 days. It's also unsurprising that JY, if living alone, has more time to stew over every perceived slight and act out in more destructive ways.

Also interesting is that his method of getting shit taken down appears to be sending heavy-handed C&D orders to everyone. When he's talking to Muscatto about getting things done, what he's really saying is he has a subscription to LegalShield and can get a piece of paper backed by fuck all for twenty bucks.

Wow, JY's sooper sekrit™ advice is to use prepaid rent-a-lawyer services to do one's dirty work? Than again, JY probably can't afford a bona fide lawyer because of the cost for legal services -- which is probably why JY prefers to pursue cases within the comfort of the BCHRT and his buddy Devyn whenever possible.

Also, any reputable lawyer would probably look at any case JY wanted to file and realize quickly JY would have unclean hands which would make any legal case that much more of a challenge to successfully argue. Even in the latest BCHRT ruling by Devyn, the latter pointed out how JY had unclean hands of sorts by making inappropriate comments about the salon's attorney -- this coming after JY demanded the salon to address JY with feminine pronouns, which it did when requested and directed to do so.

The person who sent me this claims he is a genuine danger to children and is hawked constantly by good samaritans in this community who are aware of this thread and its contents. He's apparently already gotten in trouble for perving on kids to the point where manager on his property got involved.

I'm glad to know JY is being watched as much as possible within reason. I hope the Good Samaritans know how to do so within the framework of Canadian, BC, and local law so any claim of harassment or stalking JY could make would be unfounded and quickly dismissed on the spot. As unsurprising as it may be, it's still both creepy and horrifying to know JY has perved on kids to the point the property manager had to do something about it.

This helps to explain why JY has become more unstable. JY doesn't want of the above-mentioned attention because it's neither the self- nor the gender-affirming attention JY desperately craves and seeks.
