The problem is I live in Canada and the justice system here considers shit talking someone whose transgender online the equivalent of joining ISIS. It is just too much risk for me to put out anything more specific online. Youll have to choose if you want to beleive me or not.

Aside from Yaniv being able to make legal trouble for you, you also have to be safe and at ease living where you do with that ragey troublemaker close by, so I respect your discretion.

After you've been on the Kiwi Farms a while, you may find asking Null to verify you a lot less worrisome. But you're fine as is. You're not claiming to be Yaniv's mom or something else that would make us wonder if you were fake.

British Columbia Human Rights Board will eventually have to make JYs name public. JY has been outing Jessica Yaniv before and since the May 30, 2019 BC Human Tribunal report was released on several Social Media Accounts under Jonathan / Jessica Yaniv. No reason for JY or X “application to limit publication of any information that may identify her in these proceedings” be continued.

It's not surprising that JY's consulting business has fallen by the wayside. Even without JY's worsening reputation leading to a drop in business activity, JY's increased interest in wasting time with social media slap-fights and other non-productive activity both on and offline would make it difficult at best to run a business or otherwise earn money. Similar to other serial litigants I'm familiar with, JY seems to have no steady revenue stream, so it's no surprise to see JY struggling financially and relying on money from mommy dearest. One wonders if JY will be able to pay the $150 judgment within the allotted 60 days. It's also unsurprising that JY, if living alone, has more time to stew over every perceived slight and act out in more destructive ways.

Wow, JY's sooper sekrit™ advice is to use prepaid rent-a-lawyer services to do one's dirty work? Than again, JY probably can't afford a bona fide lawyer because of the cost for legal services -- which is probably why JY prefers to pursue cases within the comfort of the BCHRT and his buddy Devyn whenever possible.

Also, any reputable lawyer would probably look at any case JY wanted to file and realize quickly JY would have unclean hands which would make any legal case that much more of a challenge to successfully argue. Even in the latest BCHRT ruling by Devyn, the latter pointed out how JY had unclean hands of sorts by making inappropriate comments about the salon's attorney -- this coming after JY demanded the salon to address JY with feminine pronouns, which it did when requested and directed to do so.

I'm glad to know JY is being watched as much as possible within reason. I hope the Good Samaritans know how to do so within the framework of Canadian, BC, and local law so any claim of harassment or stalking JY could make would be unfounded and quickly dismissed on the spot. As unsurprising as it may be, it's still both creepy and horrifying to know JY has perved on kids to the point the property manager had to do something about it. :cryblood:

This helps to explain why JY has become more unstable. JY doesn't want of the above-mentioned attention because it's neither the self- nor the gender-affirming attention JY desperately craves and seeks.

As awful as knowing that he's graduated to creeping on kids irl is, I'm relieved that at least now he might do something he can be arrested and dealt with for. We laugh at him and make fun of him a lot but every time he pulls one of his stunts and gets away with it I'm always frustrated that nothing happens to him. The email response from that semiliterate LEO that was posted a few pages back was especially disheartening to read because it said the authorities were aware of him but their hands were tied. I don't expect him to get locked up or anything like that any time soon but it's such a relief to know that he's not just merrily creeping on little girls unnoticed.

It’s this exactly that makes me really angry. We know certain people are dangerous but we won’t do anything until there is a victim, and even then we need the perfect victim where there is plenty of physical evidence. What child has to be sacrificed in order for him to be held accountable?
