I dunno about Canada, but many places in the US do reserve the right to refuse service. Generally, this gets pulled out for breachs of 'shoes, shirt' dress codes, but it certainly is used for disruptive conduct, including animosity toward employees. There's more than a few people who can't enter various bars and other establishments after being 86'd for being stupid. I hope the management of the Local "Timmeh's" is keeping tapes and logging his behaviour. They might need that shit in court, because dude is getting bold and he's gonna cross he line sooner than later.

I'm glad that our brave and stunning Jessica is such an impassioned human rights activist and that she is finally taking a stand at the fast food foreign workers. I like how she brings to light human rights conditions such as;
- The Temporary Foreign Worker's Program using lower-paid foreign workers to fill jobs that unemployed Canadians of all races could be performing
- That the Temporary Foreign Worker Program is hurting Canadian students and low-education workers who are already struggling with unemployment
- That the temporary foreign workers themselves are often subjected to inhumane working conditions
- That Tim Hortons specifically forced temporary foreign workers to do unpaid overtime and that job recruiters are exploiting the prospective hires
- That a Tim Hortons franchise owner was forcing it's temporary foreign workers to live in overcrowded and unsanitary conditions
I'm emotionally touched that Jessica brings these issues to light, championing the causes of so many human beings. From the Canadians who need access to jobs, the working class who need fair wages and fair working conditions, and to the plight of the foreign workers who didn't realise that coming here would result in exploitation. Our brave Jessica educates us all, and fights for what is right, and definitely would never complain about trivialities like the accents of English language learners, or assuming the beliefs and attitudes of someone of a particular race just because they happen to look at her.

Fuck man, that's some Twilight Zone nightmare fuel. Imagine waking up as a totally normal guy, realizing that your face and name are publicly tied to a pedophilic transgender con-artist with a tampon fetish, and having nobody believe your story because Jessica was always a pathological liar.
Now that I think about it, blaming it all on a tumor might actually be the gambit he's going for here. We know he reads this thread, and earlier somebody mentioned a case study where a man developed sudden pedo urges due to a tumor that later stopped after the tumor was removed. He's already tried tons of shit to ditch his reputation as a pedophile, and people are putting the irons to him now more than ever. Having fake surgery to remove his fake brain tumor could be a way for him to publicly write off his very real pedocreeping with an apology explaining that he would've never have done that if it weren't for that darn pesky brain tumor.
