I wonder what the average Langley resident thinks? Are they even aware of him yet? Lots of towns have local characters that are tolerated, or even like if they aren't a danger and can be funny/productive. Has he worn out his with the community at large as he has with every niche group or organization he involves himself with?

Every hospital has to act as if each patient MIGHT sue them, so they do gotta check shit out, but in no way do they need to cater to delusion. They can say "Sure we'll look into pain, but you don't have a uterus, so let's see what's really wrong"
