Can anyone decode this? @TalmudSperg?

Jesus, he’s one of those half-assed diaspora Jews who can speak Hebrew but can’t write in it to save their lives? Should’ve figured.
His Hebrew isn’t even fluent, judging by this. He makes very basic grammatical errors and has issues with gendered forms (har har). He refers to this Jessica person with a masculine pronoun... and also uses the masculine form of “want”.

What's the rough translation of his terrible Hebrew? I'm ever so curious.

Between his piss-poor phonetic Hebrew, an online Hebrew keyboard, a dictionary and a translator, I got the following:

Greetings, I was with my mother at an event in VanDuesen. I wanted to recoil from the poor treatment? * at [the] advisory committee LGBTQ in CIJA. Can I please contact you to address my grievances? Thanks.

Notes:
-Grammar mishaps: Yaniv misspells the following words (that I know of): ama, rotsé.
-He also uses the feminine possessive at the beginning (shelie), but switches to masculine (sheli).
-As @PeckingOrder noted above, he uses the masculine form of want (rotsé, albeit he spelled it rotzeh).

*I could not translate '...mehod leyot helech shel a...'

Feel free to correct me on any errors in my translation. I am not a speaker of Hebrew, so I had to use a translator and dictionary.

Of course he's contacting someone to complain about something.

Whoa, He's calling out his mom's actual community--the one that had that shabbat pride dinner--over not being "woke" enough.

See, Jon avoids bringing up anything Jewish in public. Even with the dinner, he avoided saying it had anything to do with Jews. There's a named principle in Jewishness about not embarrassing your community in public and keeping it within the fam. Hence the phonetic Hebrew.

Hi everyone- a very long time lurker who finally signed up. I am a native Hebrew speaker and can translate his mangled tweet:

“Hi I will be [mistake, should be iheyeh] with my mother vem [no idea what this word is] the event at VanDeusen. I very much want [misgenders himself by using male form...] to be a part of the LGBT advisory committee at the CIJA. Can you call [misgenders her, uses masculine form] me if I give you my number?”

That’s all folks! DM me if anyone has any other translation jobs :) I read here pretty often so if I see anything else I’ll chime in.

Edit: please note the future tense, I assume this has not happened yet? Or could be just another mistake on his part.

TY!

Can you elaborate on the Jewish principle of basically not saying anything construed as embarrassing outside the Jewish fam? There's a word for it--I forgot what. I know most communities have something similar but in this case, he's self-enforcing it far more than he is for say the trans community he says he is a part of.

And thank you for confirming that Jon sucks at Hebrew just as much as he sucks at IT, which is even less than he sucks at playing a woman.

Are you talking about 'Mesirah'?

That is the rules about Jews not reporting other Jews to non-Jewish authorities.

His Hebrew really does suck. What’s odd to me is that he can’t get the gender thing down correctly (switching between addressing males vs females) as I assume he would speak with his mother, and he would have to use the female form with her. Has he been misgendering her in Hebrew too? It just makes all of his yelling about misgendering on Twitter all the more hysterical!

In addition to mesirah, there is the idea of lashon haraa (evil speech) which is speaking evil of someone even if you know it to be true. God is supposed to take care of those who are not doing what they are supposed to do. I think also Jewish communities are very insular and family-like. As much as my sister drives me crazy, I don’t shit on her to other people outside my immediate family. Same principle applies. I don’t get the impression that Jonathan is that plugged in to the community either from extensive reading of his tweets.
Miriam seems a bit more plugged in but I get the distinct feeling that they are floating around on their own - which is extremely unusual for Jews and even more so for Israelis.

He's prolly using Google TRanslate. He's that wrong.

EDIT: Cuz Google transgenders Spanish verbiage something horrible. Like so:
היי שמי מרים. אני אמא של ג'סיקה. הבת שלי לא מדברת עברית.

I think he just sucks at languages in general, based on Louise's account of his poor French and his clearly limited vocabulary in English.

Funnily enough, the translated sentence you have here is perfect! I have not used Google translate much at all, but maybe it got better recently- maybe I’ll take another look.

I don’t think he is using google translate as used English letters for his Hebrew. Ironically it would seem that if he used google translate it would have done a better job at Hebrewing than he did.

This fucking timeline finally paid off. First, the Farms got someone inside his FB friends-land. Then someone in his actual building. Then his former employer. And now someone who can translate the next Miriam Yaniv Tweet she fires off in Hebrew (not phonetic but written).

This is awesome.
Let me know which ones you want translated and I’ll do it!

Only if you believe the whole supremiscist bullshit about goyim.
Jews jew other Jews all the time, don't think Mesirah means shit outside of your neighbourhood.

Read John's tweet: He's trying to pull the kyke card for protections.

Oh, the Miriam tweet account only happened Aug 1. The FB is older. Mind translating what's down at the bottom when she got the profile picture of Jon's dog (the one drugged with THC according to Canadian media)??

Can you get me a screen shot? I can’t remember my FB trolling login and I’m too lazy to make a new one.
