One of the reasons fraternities engaged in hazing is that it weeds out anyone whose ego is so huge that they can't laugh at themselves or admit they fuck up sometimes. I have been working hard but I still can't figure it out entirely. There are clues though. We can gather that VanDuesen is a person or place. The word "beh" appears between "event" and the proper name "VanDuesen" but also between "LGBTQ" and "CIJA". It probably means "at" or "with". "Ani" appears three times. Once at the beginning of the first sentence, once in the last. It appears in places you would expect "I" or reference to self.

I think he's trying to say he attended an event with or at VanDuesen and he wants to start or be a part of an LGBTQ advisory committee at the CIJA.

I am probably wrong but this was fun I hope he does another.
