Yaniv's own belief that everything negative they experience is solely because of their being transgendered is the main reason why Yaniv likely won't ever learn that sperging out is a bad idea when it comes to legal matters.

The waxers that wouldn't provide their services are labeled transphobes by Yaniv even after the former testified Yaniv was using a male name and later showing them profiles/photos of women that were fake or belonged to different people.

Similar, Yaniv finds equally transphobic the lifting of the publication ban. In Yaniv's mind, it totally had nothing to do with the fact Yaniv originally claimed that being associated with the case would be reputation-damaging and cause of anti-trans discrimination despite turning around and bragging about specific details of the anonymized cases on social media.

Yaniv is going to be one of those clients that ignores an attorney's advice to STFU during an ongoing legal matter and spouts off in public fora where said words can be used to incriminate Yaniv. It wouldn't surprise me if this leads to at least one instance where an attorney petitions to be released as Yaniv's legal counsel simply because the latter ignores the directive to keep quiet until the criminal matter is adjudicated.

TL;DR - Yaniv fails to grasp, and never will, that it's their conduct and the fact they treat others worse than dirt which people dislike; being transgendered plays little to no role -- all the while sperging out when they should keep quiet following an arrest and pending legal matter.

Agree. As a resident of Canuckistan, I've seen trannies get away with shit no one else in society could ever dream of. This notification doesn't mean that Twitter are revisiting old reports, but does mean that Jessie's ban immunity now seems to be failing.

Searching Twitter by "Jessica Yaniv" brings up at least eight violation reports over the past couple days. Whereas back in April, you'd see maybe two a month.

The people reporting this seem to be alts or adjacent to those timeouted/suspended by JY. They want the same to happen to JY. They're not looking at it through a KF lens of letting him sperge more for entertainment, they're seeing it as a way to silence him same as he did them. Their interaction is outside of KF, and just something else to observe.

One of the reasons fraternities engaged in hazing is that it weeds out anyone whose ego is so huge that they can't laugh at themselves or admit they fuck up sometimes. Being able to listen to someone mock the shit out of you and say "yeah, fair cop, let's go have some beers" is something you can do, when you know they were subjected to the same thing when they were new.

No one at KF is above getting mocked and laughed at. You can call a mod here seven hate-speech level slurs in a row, and odds are, the worst that will happen to you is that they'll mock you right back and maybe tell you to stop shitting up threads so much and take it to PMs. It's not like reddit SJW mods where they actually think their cause is mighty, everyone knows that this forum is, at best, a bunch of free-speech autists who reflexively hate being told what to do.

And the biggest thing is, no one's giving out cookies here for baring your true and honest soul. Nothing makes forums descend into narcissistic confessionalism and pathetic white-knighting faster than rewarding personal narrative above all else.
