Article Yaniv raided / arrested by RCMP

This may have been mentioned already, but if there's a criminal investigation and Yaniv gets a lawyer. Then he's going to be getting pretty strong advice to shut up, and keep a low profile. It would be shame just as Yaniv got his own forum.

I'm not sure he will shut up though. Any person with half a brain would have done so 8 months ago and went into containment mode but yet he's doubled down so many times that he's past the point of being able to stop this hate train.

Or he’s admitting to an image which isn’t classed as CP. ‘oh officers someone sent me this terrible thing look! Oh that’s not CP? Oh well silly me you don’t need to look further...’

Either way, he’s probably going going to get a slap on the wrist which will likely embolden him to greater heights of dairy production, which is great news for us because people like that simply cannot help themselves.

Watch Jon be purposefully framing one of his enemies as the provider of the cp. Better lock up your hard drive Oger!

You’d think he’d learn after the publication ban was lifted purely because Jonny is a gushing sperg who can’t help himself. But no, I fully expect, should he lawyer up, that he’ll keep yapping away in spite of whatever his attorney says. It’s compulsive, much like the lying. We’ve seen the way Jon reacts to opposition— typical narc ego goes wild. You can’t tell him what to do, because his instinct is to defy authority.

Jon’s thinking is this: He’s smarter than everyone else. He’s the one with expertise to get around laws and safeguards. Again, more Cluster B hallmarks.

Also isn’t Miriam friends with some lawyers on fb? I know I’ve seen some connection btw her a law firm there.

i really hope that he goes to prison and the immigrants assrape with a broom
They'll likely have to put him in a SHU (Secure Housing Unit). It's kinda like a mix between solitary confinement, and a mental institution. Most pedos, high profile offenders, and the mentally ill end up there, and he pretty much fits into all of those groups.

Jon told the National Post that cops were posted at his condo since it was left unlocked in his sudden absence. Basically, to guard it for him.

But Jon told the NP that the cops put him in cuffs over the Blaire taser as of 3:13 p.m. 8/5 and then took him to jail over presumably the evidence on the Blaire livestream. We have an eyewitness, @WGkitty, who saw Jon talking to cops almost seven hours later being told he would not be able to go back into his condo overnight due to "specialists" being brought in. Seven hours. That's way enough time to toss a 1BR apartment for bear spray and tasers. Jon also told NP that he'd disclosed having these weapons before. Wouldn't it follow that he would just give them up at 3:15 p.m.? And that a sweep of a 1BR apartment for undisclosed weapons could be accomplished in less than seven hours?

So then according to Jon he good-citizen reports having been sent CP and invited them to stay over more hours at his home he hasn't been allowed to live in, and THAT's why RCMP dedicated most of the next day, several FTEs, to be there. Which would include, presumably, "specialists."

The most ironic thing about this? Invoking FB Messenger. 60 Minutes did this expose featuring a reporter who Euro-FOIAed his own FB history, and what came back was at least two bankers boxes full of DMs, chatlogs, every single thing this reporter had said on his FB to everyone, deleted or not. And Jon had to have known this. It's not implausible that Catalina Robles, Brianna Marie or whomever could have sent him a box cover of some Max Hardcore 19-yo as a "joke" and to get Jess out of her latest injustice without consequences to them. But again, from our eyewitness, we know RCMP was set up to search the next day several hours before Jon says he invited RCMP to stay awhile.

My take on all this? He may have truly tried to deflect with fake CP. But that is because he feared they were there for the real CP.

Apologies ahead of time for being a dumbass, but everyone keeps mentioning pedophilia and CP. I've tried reading this thread but where are these accusations coming from? Was it something he said in the podcast?
Yaniv has a history of attempting to be around preteen children (mostly girls), under the pretext of helping them understand their bodies.
Read about it all here.

Holy fucking shit we have officially reached the point where the pedophilia aspect of Yaniv is one of the less well known facts about him

Guy I played an MMO with necked himself in a particularly bizarre fashion, and it took the cops 7 hours to search his massive 5-bedroom house for evidence of foul play, including his computers, before they would let the rest of his family back in. And those cops didn't even know what they were looking for, and didn't find it in the end. 14 hours? Something is up.

Yeah I'm not going to blow my load until I see charges dumped on this paedo's lap. Too many instances of Canuckbritbongistan cucking out when it comes down to doing what needs to be done. The mere fact that Langley police were giving him advice on how to dodge issues for illegally owning a taser doesn't inspire confidence. Pretty sure that short of them finding a ringbinder of CP in his stash, he's going to get a slap on the wrist at most.
You know CP is so pervasive in BC the Surpreme Court of BC ruled you had a constitutional right to possess CP, which forced the Surpreme Court of Canada to step in and slap them down

Keep in mind there was a dude in BC that was filming his dogs licking his daughter's pussy clean of peanut butter that went to the Supreme Court. He not only got the bestiality charges dropped, but the SCoC ruled that the definition of bestiality was inadequate, and told the Parliament to actually have it defined properly. AFAIK, Parliament hasn't gotten around to fixing the definition, which means that bestiality isn't legal OR illegal, in Canada.

Welp, so it was just a weapons warrant after all, just like cooler heads said yesterday.

The Canadian wheels of justice is turning, and will net Yaniv a suspended sentence or a fine, since he doesn’t have a criminal record, and is a poor woman getting death threats daily, etc.

You can take that to the bank.

Now, as for the other CP that Yaniv told the police somebody had sent him, who wants to bet that it really is something a troll sent him?

Yaniv may be an idiot, but he’s not dumb enough to try and self-report his CP stash as a trolls doing.

50$ says that it’s some pictures of teen girls in a swimming pool or some shit like that, that a troll sent to deliver a burn.

Sad as it is, the dumb fuck shows just enough animal cunning to have tried to have someone send something that could be presented as "possibly CP", in order to create plausible deniability. We all know it's bullshit, there's far too much evidence that they're a sick fuck, but unless the mounties catch the degenerate sock-puppeting to do it, it might be enough for some exceptional judge to take it into account.

This is the same country that had feminists lobbying to make all sexual assault trials judge-only, no juries, and to have judges take courses on "victim-centred justice", which is newspeak for "ignore due process, believe women at all times, we'll be applying pressure to ensure you rule the way we demand, or you'll be sent for reeducation."

Remember what the RCMP went after him for: having a fucking taser. His well-documented pedophilia tendencies and child porn habits were ignored. It wouldn't surprise me if that info was being suppressed because it could make troons look bad.

The RCMP do not stand guard and provide security for an unsecured premises. If they had already processed the scene and completed their investigation Monday night, they would have notified the homeowner and/or contact (Miriam) and told her to either return home or to come secure the premises.

The fact there was a continued police presence there shows that there was a continued police interest in the premises. Yaniv is full of shit in statements given to the media. Yaniv is also full of shit regarding police having prior knowledge of the CEW. It's possible that Yaniv personally knows an individual within the Langley detachment and has had casual conversation about having a CEW, but unlikely that even a friend in the force would outright sanction ownership of a prohibited weapon. That would be a career-changing move if said friend were found out - and I can't see anyone risking their career like that.

I'm trying to understand what's happened here and what to expect. If I understand the BC Court system website:

1. A warrant was issued for his arrest OR it was assumed he was about to commit a crime and the RCMP acted accordingly, which might explain how they showed up so quickly.
2. He could be held for 24 hours but then would have to go to a bail hearing, which didn't seem to happen OR the police can release you on a promise to appear, which seems most likely.
3. At some point, he will appear on a court list on here. The only problem is that I don't know which court will see him. So I did a search on civil courts assuming BCRT isn't his first time in court. Sure enough, he shows up on the civil court list a few times. I see a few courts where he (and his family?) go. There isn't a consistent one, like a "Langley Provincial Court" that can be referenced neatly.

I'm not sure that I am closer to understanding where we will see JY appear next, but if I understand the basics, the police didn't need a warrant to arrest him.

BUT WAIT. There's MORE.

According to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, S. 8, it's possible the RCMP didn't need a search warrant for his computer to go looking for CP because the evidence of him aiming a taser was on the computer. As in, he made his computer part of the taser evidence by broadcasting from it.

Meaning: if the police wanted to make sure they had arrested the right man, they could simply log into his computer to go see if he was actually on YouTube at the time of the taser incident - and while they were poking around trying to find whatever logs would confirm this, HOLY SMOKES, they found CP.

I'm not a lawyer and I don't even play one on TV, so maybe I'm wrong on everything. But as best as I can interpret the law, the arrest was the start of this, not the end and not a one-time event. Stay tuned on the Provincial Court lists because he's going to have to appear to talk about his arsenal and anything else the RCMP found.

And whoever said that JY is lying about the self-admission of CP is probably correct. My money says the police found it when they were poking through his computer and JY is trying to get ahead of the curve.

Louise Nussac started a Twitter thread in November 2018 featuring a conversation with a 12-14 yo saying Jon had sent inappropriate pictures.

Jessica Rumpel (her real name) is on record with Post-Millennial saying she filed a Canada child-exploitation report regarding Yaniv. She has publicly provided the "Elmo voice" recordings from JY saying "Jess Rumpel your titties bounce up and down." She was 14.

Ashley Smith (pseudonym by PM) was contacted yesterday by RCMP regarding her report that happened when she was 14, according to the PM.

At least one of the two latter witnesses was offered CP via FB by JY ("wanna see") because JY asserted he accidentally clicked on it.

Crisis psych nurse with a couple people like this on our books, cluster b for sure. Regular repeat customers. Love the drama of crisis team attention and hospital admittance so regularly overdramatize suicidal ideation because they know it gets them taken in, and like to update their facebooks with their location as the psych ward. Like clockwork!

Didn't the police fuck around when it came down to the 1 lunatic 1 ice pick video - They ignored all the calls and reports until people started getting body parts mailed to them? Really not impressed by their legal system nor their unwarranted sense of self importance. Even Britbongland doesn't have these joke Human Rights tribunals that can be abused by a lunatic like Yaniv. You have these activist judges at the lower level who make nonsensical and stupid rulings, which with some luck you can appeal and get their decisions overturned (unless you are Tommy Robinson, who seems to always get bent over and fucked in every orifice by the legal system).

It is fitting but not as fitting as this:

Antisocial Personality Disorder is characterized by at least 3 of the following:
  1. Callous unconcern for the feelings of others;
  2. Gross and persistent attitude of irresponsibility and disregard for social norms, rules, and obligations;
  3. Incapacity to maintain enduring relationships, though having no difficulty in establishing them;
  4. Very low tolerance to frustration and a low threshold for discharge of aggression, including violence;
  5. Incapacity to experience guilt or to profit from experience, particularly punishment;
  6. Marked readiness to blame others or to offer plausible rationalizations for the behavior that has brought the person into conflict with society.

Cluster B is always kind of hard to deal with because each disorder in it is co-morbid with the others, its a tangle of genuinely horrible people with a combination of disorders, and a few pitiable BPD-only patients who get a handle of themselves through lots of therapy (like 5 years minimum) and meds.

A narcissistic person and a sociopath behave pretty similarly, but they have markedly different motivations and beliefs. a narcissist usually wants to believe they are a good person. They believe in the concept of "good person", they understand why rules exist (while simultaneously thinking they are special enough to be exempt from those same rules), they believe many of the lies they tell, they get very upset when their self-concept is cast into doubt. Sociopaths believe none of that shit, they think the idea of "good person" is only really believed by foolish people, or that most people only pretend to think it is a real concept.
He seems to completely lack any cluster C traits, which would give him a heightened sense of self-awareness and worry. Like OPL, I wonder if there was any borderline incest or true incest with Miriam.

I imagine the next lawsuit will be over him being sent to a men's prison.

Unless of course some cuck Judge decides to throw him in with a female population, in which case Mister Yaniv will sue to the guards not doing a cavity search on his non-existant vagina.
