Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

His IG (https://www.instagram.com/trustednerd/) has been private from the inception of the general megathread and still is. He's hoping it'll become a honeypot for dox.

ETA: Who here thinks JY DOESN'T have backdoor accounts for kik, tictok, curiouscat.me to lure kids? He's exactly where he was in 2011 with those pre-tumblr platforms.

The original event only required cover below the waist.

There's a big difference between "at the least, must cover bottoms" and "all girls can be topless, teehee!" While there was implied toplessness as a side in the original event, Yaniv made toplessness one of the cornerstones of the event.

I don't think he does. He messaged those teenagers from his verified Facebook account, probably he doesn't think it's worth the hastle. Someone needs to add him so we can see his degeneracy though. Can he see your profile if yours is also private?

The minutes from last strata council meeting:

An owner attended the meeting to request two approvals

1.Permission to install a lock box on the frame of their suite to allow emergency access due to health reasons. The strata felt that a lock box was particularly secure and would allow access to the suite if someone were to break-in to it. The council felt that a lock with numeric key pad would be much more secure. The owner agreed to investigate the feasibility of this and get back to the council.

2.Permission to install an automatic opener on the door to their suite. The council requested more information on the mechanism(s) involved and how this would be attached to the unit door which is common property.

The owner also requested that the council consider compensation on an elevator incident where the owner alleges that the elevator caused damage to a scooter and his person. Council were advised that they would be receiving a letter from the owner’s lawyer. The owner left at this point and the council discussed the issues above and will respond when they have received all the facts and sought legal advice.

Edit: added emphasis where strata threw shade

It's just another way for said owner to install a spycam while knowing that other owners know he is trying to spy on them.

Said owner can wear an extra fob around his neck as he does his Telus GO Companion Alert. Said owner need only text his mom across the street to have her running down from the fourth floor anyway, better hope no Indian janitors in her way.

Said owner is free to file a real lawsuit like he did against mommy's Strata in December without worrying about doxing himself as 8915 202nd Street #203 Langley as that info is now out.

The other owners should be filing complaints to be heard en masse about the fighting, the meowing and the tinted windows, among other things.

ETA: abuse@telus.net is still an option. Null has the logs and you have the RCMP report number. I doubt your name would even have to get involved with those two things in play. Imagine the mewling that would ensue if he just lost his fiber-optic one day plus the possible consternation over sticking a dish on his balcony and him insisting on plastering trans-flag decals on it.

So now he's a memorial crashing ghoul, eh? Dry eyed throughout all 7 plus minutes. Filming people paying their respects, and couldn't even be arsed to drop his own bouquet.

Hey now; Yaniv bought some candles at Dollarama and a lighter. That's a whole toonie to not spend on troon stuff or stuffing their face with food.

Said owner should be advised that a council is NOT permitted to make a payment on a bullshit blackmail claim to a clearly disturbed owner. If Council DID want to make a payment from the CRF (Contingency Reserve Fund), it would need to go to to owners for a 3/4 vote (hahahhahaha). Otherwise, payment would need to come from the operating budget as an unapproved expenditure, with tight limitations on how much could be spent, and must be the minimum amount necessary to prevent further 'loss or damage'. The ownership would need to be informed of such a payout immediately. It would be mutiny and Council would ultimately be putting themselves in the crosshairs of a massive liability. Translation = back to the drawing board Jonboy.

Too bad the property manager didn't squash that one immediately. Laughter would have been most appropriate.
