People calling the RCMP when they don't have anything is THE OPPOSITE of effective. Null even said that when he tried to send them logs based on an actual threat, the RCMP took kind of a brush-off attitude possibly because of all the outrage callers who didn't have direct info. A change.org petition is just a way to package that outrage and hope authorities listen. There's no guarantee they will, but at least it doesn't impinge on time cops could be spending actually investigating allegations.
I agree, to an extent.. I'm pointing out that all the Change.org petition will do is show that there are people on the internet concerned about Dr Yaniv. That isn't directly applicable because it's "from the noospheric realm" and as such is easily dismissed by politicians and bureaucrats as "not my responsibility". They're only really responsive to complainants living in their protectorate/ward/jurisdiction.
I'm not suggesting anything, but if one were hypothetically seeking to add some kerosene to the tranny wreck that is Jonathan, people in the Yaniv district could contact their MPP/MP in the hopes of getting better grass-fed milk from the fertilizing the fields for local cows. There are a LOT of cows in politics.
People shouldn't contact the RCMP unless they are aware of a person (yo tranny or yo tranny's mama) who is making threats or committing other actionable offences against personal safety, security, or privacy. Same goes if they're aware of a Peeping Tom using a telephoto recording device to violate the personal privacy of residents.
Same goes for reporting a criminal event, you should only report it to the police if you are in their jurisdiction, and you are personally affected or given cause to fear for your safety or security.
But I really can't say that I agree about not reporting just because there are many other people also reporting crimes, so you don't want to take their plce in line.
If you're in fear for your safety or security (I know there are multiple users on here who live in close proximity to the Yaniv Klan) because of direct threats made by either party ("I know where you live.. don't you dare!") you have right to make a report of stalking or uttering threats (putting up a camera to identify individuals and make further threats or other acts) but just know that if Yaniv gets banned from using electronic devices (not likely, as he claims to be gainfully employed as a Search Engine Optimization consultant) we'll be less likely to see fresh milk until December.
But I agree, netizens who are not in close physical proximity might just need a pacifier, which might just grab the attention of a journalist-ho.
