Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

At 3:48 Blaire says 'I was actually considering dressing as Jessica Yaniv for Halloween but then I realized I don't really want to be a fat pedophile for Halloween' Luh Mao :drink:
I actually enjoyed that, the highlight obviously was the dig at jonathan yaniv.

Now I'm wondering if fat boy will upload a vid in the future doing his makeup, orange jaw line and all.

I'd watch that. Johnny painting himself with hideous gaudy eyeshadow and the same shade foundation that Trump wears while reading his forum.

I think his defense was going to be "I'm a trans-rights activist and people want to kill me for it, therefore I need a weapon" and he's found out that won't fly.
He lied to the BCHRT about his safety worries before the court got underway, look how that turned and bit him in the arse. The problem for him now is that everything he does will be under scrutiny and generally disbelieved. Once a BS liar always a BS liar.

The apology.

Sounds like a 10 year old who has been told to apologise...I'm sorry it won't happen again, are we still friends? Could he mention "I" any more than he has.

There are a million and one things to chat about so I don't buy that "didn't matter what, to keep conversations going" BS .... problem was/is he just wanted to talk to young kids/females about 'pussy', tampons and periods and declaring his love to minors. He knew it made the females uncomfortable yet carried on until some had to block him or throw him out of groups. Look how he spoke to one of the waxers "to test their professionalism". If the BCHRT hadn't exposed him further, by lifting the publication ban, he'd probably still be shoving his fetishes into faces.

He was doing this shit before his father died so he's still lying. Don't forget this is someone who has gone on record during interviews denying all accusations.

BS. Nonce.

eta: just read the archive link. I get the same vibes as Jess, pity party.

I wonder if he is actually being investigated for the inappropriate contact with minors stuff. Probably just :optimistic: on my part, but the timing of this apology is kind of suspect. Is he trying to make peace with her hoping she'll drop her complaint? Get her to be sympathetic to him before she has to testify about it? It's weird that he is out of the blue apologizing and making excuses for behavior which he hasn't faced any actual consequences for doing.

I mean, he hasn't apologized for his racist comments. He didn't offer an apology to the women waxers. Just the grooming minors stuff. Very odd.

Prosecute.

On the surface that makes sense, but he if has a lawyer on retainer they would most certainly tell him NOT to contact his victims under any circumstances. The fact that he's issued this apology makes me believe that he does not have an attorney. His apology is now a confession; huge mistake on his part.

It's telling, though, linguistically:

Jon "needs" to apologise much more than he "wants" to. According to Jon.

Needing to to something would suggest extrinsic rather than intrinsic motivation normally. Now, I'm not a shrink or anything of the sort. But I write sales materials professionally and have been formally trained in it. I'd never write anything akin to "we need to provide services to your utmost satisfaction" because it implies we don't want to but might do so if the alternative were being dragged to court for failing to meet contractual obligations.

The phrasing really stands out to me as someone peripherally concerned with this kind of stuff.

I'd venture a guess that "need to" might mean "need to in order to avoid legal issues".

Call me crazy. I well may be.
