As you discovered your ability to keep track of what is going is questionable. As you finally figured out Donald has criminal trial dates for Jan 9th (and 10th if needed) that are unrelated to 28939. Now as for what I was referring to (E-Comm 911) that as you finally figured out is 254282 here is some information:
Donald was arrested on May 2nd, 2019 for two counts of criminal harassment and one count of public mischief. This incident occurred when Donald was publicly filming the 911 dispatch center in Vancouver. The exact nature of what really happened is unclear. Donald coincidentally made a Bitchute video shortly before being arrested at the end of December .He potentially breached conditions related to the release of evidence provided through disclosure. Whether the Crown is aware of this I don't know.

Other things of note. Donald filed a civil small claims action (1964441) against the City of Vancouver and the officers for violating his Charter Rights.

Nov 5th was Donald's settlement conference. The judge made it clear he can't bring forth a Charter violation, but they'd accept it as a false arrest. The catch is that this civil action has been suspended pending the outcome of the criminal trial (254282). If he's found guilty then the civil action can't move forward.
Donald had been saying up until his latest detention that he was self-representing himself on the 254282 charges. He believes that this comes down to a Charter Rights violation and that these 3 charges are bogus. He's pretty confident he'll win. Without a legal representative I'm not sure about that. The Crown did offer him a good plea (IMHO) previously that sounded as if it was a conditional discharge (1 year). If what Donald said was accurate - on good behaviour the conviction would be dropped from his record after a year. There were conditions that would have prevented him from going back to film the E-Comm center and communicating with the alleged victims. This wasn't agreeable to him so it is going to trial. If Donald was smart he might just consider approaching the Crown now and seeing if they'd be willing to plead this thing out on the deal that was presented previously.

Donald's legal problems in January don't end on the 15th. Unless something has changed Donald also has a
January 20th court date not related to any of the cases listed above.
