I thought rape had to involve penetration of an orifice? Sounds like sexual assault, if it happened, but I wouldn't say he is a rape victim. I'm inclined to believe there is some truth to it, but not sure I believe the whole "kicked the door down" narrative. Sounds like bullying that crossed the line into assault. And if the college ignored that, he should have sued them instead of suing women who didn't want to be forced to touch his junk. As a "rape" survivor he should know how traumatizing it would be for a woman to be forced to come into contact with a penis. Even if it is a "female" penis. He won't let a man wax him (can he be sued if he refuses a man doing it?) but thinks it is okay to force a woman to wax him? He's a piece of shit.If this was facetious, my bad, but if you actually want deets: He told MandaPanda about two incidents and has described them elsewhere with some variations.
“It happened in college. My first year [so 2005-ish] by a guy I knew from high school. He kicked the door down when I was changing my pad and him and another guy started to play with my balls and do stuff to them. I told security and such but there was no evidence so they did nothing” [p. 168 of the transcript at the link above].And in 2015, “my boss pulled down his pants and showed me how big his dick was and told me to suck it; I never did I said customers can see and he forgot about it; I don’t like talking about this"; it brings back bad memories; she asks if it really happened and he says, “Yes,” “At NY Grill & Bistro,” “Guy’s name is Mani Vigg.” She asks if he told anyone; he says he told Katie [p. 169].
An thread with moar: 8-20-19: JY claims he was sexually assaulted (and nobody believes him)
I'm actually willing to believe the events occurred. The first sounds like a guy picking on a weakling, maybe trying to determine whether Mr. Menstruation Fapping In The Toilet was actually a woman masquerading as a man or what. The second sounds like all too common workplace sexual aggression.
What I object to is his using these incidents as a shield for his aggression toward women and girls. Similarly, in the BCHRT hearings, he tried to use his grandfather's years in Brazil to claim he, too, is "brown" and so can't be a racist. Filing a BCHRT complaint against a Brazilian aesthetician further proves he wasn't racist toward those Sikh women. All the racist tweets he's spewed over the years were a social science experiment, you guys.
Addition:
Ahhhhhh, so now we know why that Air Canada email about the baby kicking his seat in 2014 resurfaced this week. Tweeting it got him a WestJet discount once before, so he was going to try it again. Grifter.
The other would definitely be sexual harassment. I'm not sure why he didn't sue over that. That's much worse than a woman just refusing to wax his balls. He could have gotten a bigger payout, too. Which makes me think it didn't happen exactly as described. And telling someone about it means nothing if the person is a liar. It could be true, but given Jonathan's penchant for lying his ass off, I would give the guy he accused the benefit of the doubt unless there were eye witnesses to it.
