Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

As well as a "collapsed" fake vagina that is less than 4 inches deep. One could easily argue that it is totally useless. He honestly would have been better off just having someone do the external parts and just paint the inside black with a little perspective to make it look like a real vagina, like Wile E. Coyote when he would paint the fake tunnels for the road runner.
It's worse than useless. Functional, healthy tissue was destroyed to make it. It is a sarlacc pit of slashed nerve endings and ruined flesh. It is everything that Yaniv deserves.

There was some malpractice in that a patient like Yaniv should have never been referred for GRS given... everything about him. Unstable, aggressive, impulsive, possibly diabetic, and litigious on top of that is a big ol' cocktail of fucking nope. The practice of referring these extremely unsuitable patients for invasive, experimental surgery is something that the courts need to address. This in itself is a legal issue much larger than Yaniv and whatever bullshit claims he tries to make.

He hasn't seemed to react or care much that almost all of his medical records are now public.

Between this and the Kevin Gibes thread, it's just nonstop neovaginal horrors. Does ANYONE end up with a functional sex organ after surgery?
No. This bullshit will be regarded in 50 years the way we look back at the lobotomies that were all the rage in the early 20th century. This is butchery, plain and simple.

The underlying premise is unattainable -- the body is hardcoded for sex at birth and everything about it develops at a fundamental level in support of that sex, from bone density and structure to fat distribution to genitals to internal organ layout to accommodate. No amount of surgery will undo a lifetime of natural growth and development. Every fucking cell knows what sex it is and behaves accordingly, including post-op.

Troonism is a mental disorder and should be treated as such. It remains the only mental disorder I'm aware of that the medical and psychiatric communities feel is best treated with such radical surgical intervention. Some disorders -- if proven to be caused by a cyst, tumor or other repairable damage to the brain -- can be cured surgically by removing the offending growth and repairing the damage, but that's decidedly different from intentionally sterilizing, slicing up and scrambling the genitals. If you're going nuts but your surgeon can carve out a 1-inch tumor from your brain and you go back to normal, awesome. The only external change will be a scar (ladies love scars) and a temporary bald spot. Troonism? You'll literally never have pleasurable sex again and you will look like a monster worthy of the Frankenstein name.

Imagine the smell.
No. You can't make me.

Are media outlets still simping for this monstrosity?
I think they've backed away from him, having realized how astonishingly bad he makes "the cause" look since his antics are so thoroughly documented now as to be undeniable. Back when they could handwave it away as "trolls" and "hate sites," they were happy to sing his praises. Now that there's court records documenting his losses and bad behavior, they can't really beat people with that stick anymore and he's just super-bad optics. The lack of attention from the lügenpresse must eat him up inside.

For shit's sake! He sounds like the typical 14 year old keyboard warrior from back in the BBS days who would threaten and bluster and challenge other kids to fights IRL Wolftowne Road copypasta-style, and then hide in his basement but claim the other person didn't show, etc. :story:

30-something year old man/thing, everyone!

What I'm amazed by is how aggressive he is, despite the Gabapentin, Risperidone, Amitriptyline, & Cyclobenzaprine (which you really shouldn't use with Amitriptyline), the dude should be 60% of the way to babbling gork. All of those have sedating properties, some very much so. He does take one small upper, Bupropion SR 100 mg, probably BID, so 200 mg total. That's a low dose, certainly not enough to counteract the sedating properties of the rest of the meds. I'm thinking he is less effected by the doses because he is so incredibly fat.
I’m thinking at some point in the next couple of years a doctor is going to slap a mirtazapine prescription on top of the risperidone and JY will basically take to his bed to die. That’s the “lie down and eat yourself to death” combo right there.

Did she write this with a gun held to her head?

Everyone else here hyped for 30 years from now when we all look back on SRS and HRT the same way we look at lobotomies today? I know I am.
I wish I could but the tranny institutional capture of academia, media, policy-making, LGB and feminist groups is way too deep and pernicious. There's no path out of this in the next century, this is unprecedented. Think how many papers get published vs retracted every year, or how much new regulation is created vs repealed.

Lobotomized patients never politically organized lobbying for their right to have the brain mutilated, they never pushed for others -including children- to undergo such horror, they never infiltrated writing rooms to insert stunning and brave lobotomized characters in TVs and movies. This is much, much worse.

In a perfect world, this would go to trial and every person he's dealt with over the last 5 years would take the stand, "This Is Your Life"-style, to tell him what a human abortion he is.

Every single one of the EMTs who had to haul him out of the bathtub taking the stand and testifying about how scraping dismembered traffic accident victims off the side of the road was just part of the job but seeing tranniv's jawless hagfish sent them out on paid leave and they haven't been back.

War crimes tribunal.

I'm still shocked that he was approved for the chop. Brassard's informed consent forms must be solid titanium.

In a perfect world, men like Yaniv would not exist.... But this is not a perfect world.

it is possible that an anti depressant might actually just not work for you and make things worse. in that case you talk to your doctor as soon as you can. even a phone call or something. they'll let you know how to ween off it or if you can just stop taking it, then you come in again and get something else prescribed. it can be like a guessing game for a while. but yeah just not taking it anymore and not communicating with your doctor is a big problem. is he suing for his clit falling off?

I'm not sure how Canada works but I would assume that yaniv's first port of call would be his GP who would then refer him for a psychological assessment then on to the surgeon if everything is deemed ok...yes/no?

I don’t think Tranada requires a psychological assessment, unfortunately.

EDIT to add: In this case I think it is good that a man who obsessed over 12-13yo girls was castrated.

Generally speaking though, I think tranny surgery should absolutely require a mental assessment first.

Interesting that his records say he has 2 benign brain cysts. Those can cause cognitive impairment via pressure on the brain and yet he chose to get a neovagina instead of attempting to treat his literal brain problems. Makes perfect sense unfortunately lol
The brain cysts were likely caused by the bullying he experienced for being a beautiful, strong transwoman. There is simply no way that a mental disorder, psychologically- or neurologicaly-based, could influence someone's perception and decision making.
