My favorite part is that the judge cites that Yaniv submitted no evidence of any injury to himself or the dog, thus how did he come up with the figure of $5,000 in injuries? Even the judge, in the official legal record which will follow Jonny boy forever, acknowledges that the $5,000 is because that's the maximum limit for that court. In other words, a made up number aka a lie.
We can say Jonny asked for $5k because it's the court maximum all we like, but it's completely different when a judge calls out that it's plainly obvious it's all a cash grab.
In a legal document.
Where they also said Yaniv was racist.
Where they also said Yaniv was the aggressor in the primary documented incident.
Where they admitted the dog is not a service dog and not really even a service dog in training.
Based judge.
Also, a note from Mom may get a child out of gym class in elementary school (ymmv) but it doesn't fly in a legal context, and it's been a long time since Yaniv has been in elementary school.
