My favorite part is that the judge cites that Yaniv submitted no evidence of any injury to himself or the dog, thus how did he come up with the figure of $5,000 in injuries? Even the judge, in the official legal record which will follow Jonny boy forever, acknowledges that the $5,000 is because that's the maximum limit for that court. In other words, a made up number aka a lie.
We can say Jonny asked for $5k because it's the court maximum all we like, but it's completely different when a judge calls out that it's plainly obvious it's all a cash grab.

Where they also said Yaniv was the aggressor in the primary documented incident.
Where they admitted the dog is not a service dog and not really even a service dog in training.

Oh he definitely is just in it for the money. I think some people really are able to delude themselves into believing they're really that persecuted, or are so narcissistic that they really think everything is an -ism against them. But even the most deluded person who thinks everyone is out to get them would never genuinely believe they are actually being persecuted to the tune of $5000 by the fact that cleaning stuff vacuum sometimes. At least, no one not experiencing literal psychosis.

When someone catfished him awhile back, the catfish would ask questions about what he was doing all day, and he was often vague, intentionally lying, reframing it as lgbt activism, all kinds of weird stuff, sometimes even outright avoiding answering. If he really thought these lawsuits were legitimate he wouldn't get so cagey or outright lie about them--that's not what people who believe they are innocent do.

They have an internal dispatch flag that flags certain addresses or locales to require an automatic police response when dispatching fire or ems. Ems in particular is instructed not to enter without police on scene. It's very common. Abandoned properties and crack houses get flagged. Known trouble spots. Litigous assholes that you want a third party witness with a bodycam etc.

This isn't the first judge or tribunal to do this. In the climax to his infamous Wax My Balls scams before the BC Human Rights Teibunal the tribunal finally grew a spine and judged Yaniv to be acting in a deliberately racist manner, targeting businesses of Southeast Asian Women. I believe that the BC HRT ruled for the defendants in self-preservation. I think they thought that had they ruled the "correct" sjw way that the PR fallout would've been epic and likely result in the dissolution.

Yes up until that point the BCHRT had been putting all of Yaniv’s cases under some sort of seal that barred the public or press from talking about them, and prevented the numerous defendants from finding out about each other, or anyone other than Devin Couestineau (sp?) head of the HRT from seeing the clear patterns of behavior. Yaniv’s scam was he had no legal costs. The crown would represent him. But the defendants as businesses were required to get a lawyer to defend themselves (note this is the same scam that parasites like Melinda Scott use against Null) These were typically immigrant woman running businesses out of their homes. Their choices were spend $10,000 that they did not have on a lawyer. Or pay Yaniv a grand or two settlement under the gun of the BCHRT. Then I believe Rebel Media found out about it. And said Fuck the HRT’s Silence order, published it all and dared the BC HRT to come after them. The outrage directed at both Yaniv and the BC HRT was immediate. Devin immediately threw Yaniv under the bus in order to preserve his precious kangaroo court.
