Im assuming he doesnt have legal aid because that would have been something noted here. To get legal aid you have to go to your court date and tell the judge you want to make an application for legal aid and he will delay the case to allow you to do so and that'll take up your whole court day or more. Legal aid is also notoriously difficult to get. Legal aid is usually only given to the super poor who are facing serious jail time and they don't really bother with summary charges where the worst outcome is likely to be probation. But i've seen no mention of it here and the sleuths here are pretty thorough. It would be a glaring omission if nobody caught that so im assuming it didn't happen.

But lets say he does have legal aid and somehow we missed it which seems unlikely; there are a few very rare ways you can switch lawyers through legal aid although ive never seen it done. These being:
  • Whether there has been a complete breakdown in the lawyer/client relationship.
  • A lawyer’s inability to continue to represent you for ethical reasons or because their circumstances have changed.
  • Your individual circumstances or vulnerabilities.
  • The complexity of your legal case.
  • How much work has been completed by your lawyer and billed to LABC.
  • How many prior change of lawyer applications you have submitted.
Also many if not the majority of lawyers dont accept legal aid because they get paid around half what they normally would so a quick call to his old lawyers office might easily be able to clear that up with one question.

iirc He then had the fecking cheek to ask / comment that the case should be dismissed because of the time taken to get to court. ("unwarranted delays")...of course he maintained he caused only one adjournment, the rest were down to his lawyers. <shrugs>

He contacted Walmart where he brags about being very familiar with BCHRT (but how many were service dog related?) but doesn't mention all his court losses... claims his "service dog" is not certified" (we all knew but it's now in his own hand).

I dont think there is any way he can he already went to college its too late for him to go to law school anyways there not gonna even consider him considering he was rejected by the BCHT. He is not going to be famous if i ever see him in public i will laugh at him so hard.

Agree. A half-hearted reading of the rules and life will continue as normal.

I feel that him wanting to private the Uni groups is down to him wanting to say and do whatever he wants away from reporting eyes - until a leak happens that is. That's why I'm glad Twitter users etc are notifying as many people as poss so his every utterance is outed.
