I've come to understand that Discord never wipes any data which should translate to the police being able to determine the IP(s) used by that account.
Other than that it's entirely possible a troll ruined everyone's fun by doing this.
Yaniv is perfectly capable on his own to generate misfortune for himself.

There are WAY more than 10000 people using Discord (over 300 million accounts according to their public statements and I think you'd find it rather difficult (i.e. impossible) to squeeze 300 million unique numeric IDs into #0000-#9999). The same 4 digit suffix does not definitively indicate the same individual.

The actual unique individual user ID is 18 digits long.
18 ≠ 4.
That's just math.
