I admit I'm just surprised they found a way to legally bar her from her property, only in Canada would that shit fly I feel like. Call it a powerlevel if you wish but I have tried extremely hard in the past to do the same thing with a non-homeowner and it was like pulling teeth. The American court in the American city I was in wouldn't allow it and the cops acknowledged that even though the other occupants had an RO against the individual in question they still had a tough time denying them access to their leased property.
Finally ended up having to evict the entire household, which sucked for a multitude of reasons, but its still better than being told you can't access your property even if it is for legitimate reasons
