A few small updates about Yaniv and his legalcowing.

Jonathan Yaniv illegally sent fake court documents to MeowMix's providers, and long story short, has gotten himself in trouble with the UK police. While extradition is unlikely, a case has been started in the UK, and he will find himself arrested if he ever decides to (and is able to afford to) step food to the UK.

Additionally, Miriam Yaniv (Johnathan's mother), was dropped by a her lawyer for the third time. So Jonathan, a general studies student who was admitted into a few lower-level university classes as part of a Diverse Learning Opportunity for the mentally challenged, took the helm and represented his mother instead.

In 10 minutes over a Team meeting, Jonathan pissed off the judge with vulgar language, forgot he was supposed to be deaf despite filing multiple court requests in other cases, and forcing the Team meeting to be muted for a few minutes while the judge reprimanded him for his behavior.

Furthermore (most likely as a stalling tactic), Miriam Yaniv has switched her earlier plea from Guilty to Not Guilty.

Stay tuned, more to come from the Yaniverse legal saga.

Also: MeowMix is looking for guest writers. Looking at you Jersh.

Meowmix gives us dates on the Jonathan Yaniv courtroom saga:

Miriam’s sentencing on October 10 (maybe)
Jonny’s Great Afghan Kabob (GAK) settlement conference on October 24
GAK application hearing on the 25th

If all goes smoothly (it almost certainly won't), Miriam would be forced to sell her residence in a week, & Jonny could be declared a vexatious litigant as soon as October 25th.

Homeless saga is on the horizon.

Yaniv got Meaghan Murphy kicked off Twitter back in 2018 but she subsequently got her account back after Musk took over. She is currently doing a small tour of Vancouver Island where the TRAs have been harassing the venues, leading them to cancel her booking at Cowichan Performing Arts Centre. Ladysmith gig got moved to another location as did Parksville.

Check out this absolute WALL of text. I think he also deliberately instructed ChatGPT to be excessively verbose/ostentatious for some reason...

Dear @SFU, @TSSU,

The maelstrom embroiling Simon Fraser University (SFU) and the Teaching Support Staff Union (TSSU) presents not merely as a transient standoff but a portentous juncture replete with academic, ethical, and socio-economic ramifications. While the laborial resonances are palpably discerned amongst union members, an overlooked undercurrent poses consequential challenges to the SFU student populace, destabilizing the core of our academic endeavours.

This discord between TSSU and SFU isn't confined to labour-management negotiations but profoundly impacts the academic trajectory and aspirations of the SFU student body.

Negotiation Dynamics: SFU, an institution renowned for its academic prowess and rigorous standards, currently finds itself enmeshed in a confluence of negotiations and evolving labour dynamics. The recent discourses from TSSU (bargaining.tssu.ca/current-s…) a narrative of seemingly incongruous standpoints; minor resolutions coexist alongside contentious issues ensconced in an impasse (TSSU, 2023).

A disturbing undertone emerges, suggesting a deliberate inertia and obfuscation tactic by the university's negotiation ensemble. The avowed ethos of mutual respect, equitable negotiation, and collaborative dialogue appears compromised, replaced by an "intransigence, obfuscation, and willful delay" (TSSU, 2023, para. 22).

Academic Disruption: Advanced students, such as myself, ensconced within the ambit of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral realms, find themselves at the crossroads. The temporal progression of advanced scholastic pursuits is intricately woven with iterative feedback mechanisms, timely evaluations, and structured learning modules. The current imbroglio, characterized by ungraded assignments and severed feedback channels, threatens to derail this meticulously crafted journey. Aspirants like myself, with eyes set on revered institutions confront not a mere academic inconvenience but an ominous cloud threatening our meticulously curated academic odyssey.

Empirical Dissonance: The TSSU narratives unfurl tales that cast aspersions on the very edifice of academic reverence that institutions like SFU traditionally uphold. The ostensibly cavalier demeanour of President Joy Johnson, juxtaposed against the disconcerting nonchalance of VP Yabome Gilpin-Jackson (TSSU, 2023), suggests not just isolated transgressions but perhaps symptomatic of an entrenched systemic apathy.

Further complicating this intricate tapestry are the dichotomous interpretations surrounding the Public Sector Employers Council (PSEC) mandate. While the SFU bargaining contingent predicates its negotiation stance on the PSEC edict, existing evidence challenge this perspective, suggesting a more pliable interpretation (TSSU, 2023). Such stark interpretative divergences not only confound the negotiation landscape but cast aspersions on the authentic intent underscoring SFU's negotiation strategy.

The Socio-Economic Conundrum: Beyond academic disruptions, one cannot overlook the profound socio-economic implications of this standoff. The strike, by its very nature, impacts the economic stability of the TSSU members. Many of them, besides their instructive roles, are also scholars, striving to finance their academic pursuits. Their economic destabilization, hence, translates to a deeper academic disruption, affecting research projects, academic collaborations, and structured coursework.

Strategic Recalibration: As we stand at this crucible, it's pivotal for SFU's administration to engage in a profound introspection and strategic recalibration. The road ahead mandates more than mere negotiation tactics. It calls for an empathetic understanding, a genuine commitment to academic excellence, and an unwavering resolve to uphold the intrinsic dignity of labour. The stakes are high. The current trajectory, if unmitigated, risks tarnishing SFU's illustrious reputation, potentially relegating it to a mere footnote in the annals of academic history.

To distil the myriad strands of this discourse, the SFU-TSSU discord, while ostensibly a laborial tussle, profoundly impacts the very sanctum of academic pursuits at SFU. This confluence of laborial and academic disruptions beckons an urgent, visionary, and empathetic intervention from the SFU administration.

The future, teetering on this precipice, awaits a dawn that's equitable, visionary, and promising for all its stakeholders.

In profound hope and anticipation,
Jessica Simpson

Yaniv is FAT.

Yaniv pretends to be Métis again.

It was mentioned in one of the MeowMix articles already posted here, but I think it bears repeating that Yaniv (allegedly) plans to attend a "menstrual equity symposium" on October 20th/21st.

I think Yaniv is kinda telling on himself here.
Despite being a broke, unemployed bum with no actual need for it, Yaniv is paying for OpenDNS Umbrella Prosumer. It's basically a service meant for small businesses to protect their company phones/computers/other devices from phishing attempts and malware links. See this review.

I'm not going to dig through the thread to find it, but (IIRC) Yaniv has a whole bunch of computers, phones, and IoT devices, so he's probably paying for multiple "users" in order to cover all his devices.
Anyway, this service is coming to an end next year, so Yaniv contacted the company on Twitter early for help with moving to a different subscription. He is very concerned about any possible "lapse in protection". Why...? 🧐

My immediate thought when reading this was that Yaniv has CP/animal crush/evidence of other criminal activity saved on many of his devices, and he's terrified that someone might gain remote access to one of his devices and discover it. Maybe he realizes that he's a gullible idiot (he's been romantically catfished a few times, after all), and so he wants to be extra cautious about phishing/malware.
Just my speculation. Curious if anyone has other thoughts. 🤔

The latest MeowMix article is pretty interesting. It's about Yaniv's deranged obsession with Donald Smith (the independent / Rebel News reporter he once assaulted outside a courthouse). Apparently Yaniv routinely harasses random people on Discord and elsewhere, under the belief that they're Donald's alts.

A young Canadian troon sent this to MeowMix (images cropped by me - see the originals in the article if you want):

Yaniv almost immediately starts talking about tampons, sex with little girls, and masturbating to girls on TikTok. The projection is insane.

A different person sent this recorded telephone conversation to MeowMix. Yaniv talks about multiple guns he supposedly has and threatens to kill Donald. (3:04 to 3:16 for the gun bit.)

Yaniv also makes social media accounts impersonating Donald and clumsily trying to frame him for pedophilia. Again, the projection is crazy...

Wait when did Jonathan get banned from Australia? And why? It was in the Meow Mix article. I do not recollect this at all

His weapons charge in a commonwealth country is enough for an autoban from both Australia & New Zealand. They aren't interested in the losers in Canada using them as fallback spots when they wear out their welcome in the leaf kingdom.

The commonwealth states have a bunch of unusual reciprocal laws like this that are automatic when something happens in another one.

No, he is unable to go to the UK without being arrested on the spot for a few felonies he committed by sending fake legal paperwork to various places in England against the webmaster for MeowMix.
The absolutely hilarious attempt to sue the King made sure nobody in the Home Office had any inclination to cut Jonny some slack.

It still has to be recognizably his face, right?

At that, the face is heavy shopped. Too much Madame Tussaud vibe for a real face.
He's gained so much weight since these photos were taken that it's no longer recognizable as his face lol. See below, it's a less inaccurate representation of Jonathan. And the photo below is still filtered and angled to not show the amount of weight he's gained.

According to Meowmix, in his court appearances on Zoom, he's gained a LOT of weight (speculated to be 200 pounds of weight gained, making him ~400 pounds), probably causing the health conditions that is making him sluggish. He's also getting to the age where poor physical health starts taking an exponentially increasing toll on your quality of life. If he does not improve his physical condition, he might actually develop a real physical disability.

Actually Jonathan, if you're reading this, that would be hilarious. You should eat so much that you can't walk and need a wheelchair, and you can do the disability lawsuits all over again because you can't fit through the door.
