That might have a little something to do with my warning to their awful page admin vicky penny. When I posted a fair rebuttal to yaniv's stalking of donald on there, they decided to block and ban. So I was not very nice in my follow up with them.


Also I would speculate that Miriam cosigned. So she might be having some financial troubles too. As for Yaniv being able to move in with Miriam, not gunna happen. Yaniv is not a senior and has been ordered banned from that building. My guess is Yaniv will use the vulnerable tranny card to try and get subsidized housing next.

With his credit and a foreclosure, he will never be able to rent. Unless Leafland has something like Section 8, where they have to take you, and being a socialist nation, I am sure they do, it will still probably be an enormous step down from where he is now.

Although with the rapid appreciation of condos and houses in Leafland due to unrestricted immigration, despite the mortgage, once it is paid off he will likely walk away with something close to 100K CAD minus unpaid property taxes, given it's current value relative to what he owes for the mortgage.

Unlikely. The mortgage company just want to recover their outlay so will sell it at whatever that balance is plus their costs.
They'll also want a possession order before sale. When the court grants this, things move fast. Jonny is a hoarder so that should be fun for all concerned.

Imagining Traniv on the streets is like imagining what Michael Jackson would’ve looked like, had he been sentenced to prison at his early-2000s molestation trial, and been checked in on a few months later. The dude already looked like a frightening, disfigured monster at his best…imagine him without his perm, carefully-curated makeup, and lighting? Probably would’ve looked like an injury victim in need of a face transplant.

Traniv will probably look like some sort of eldritch abomination once he spends even a short amount of time on the streets.
