Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

A lot of process server operations are relatively fly by night and are essentially one guy who does some advertising and aggregates jobs he parcels out to other independent contractors based on their relative location to the serve. A lot of those are pretty loose relationships where the servers also moonlight on there own or work for multiple agencies. Any background investigation is probably pretty much limited to "can you get qualified".

think about what this job says about our boy

fatass could get a job at a call center, could do landscaping/lawncare, could work for Amazon or UPS, could work at a Horton's or a McD, hell could get a security post where he wears a jacket and just sits on his ass collecting signatures all day

but he chose PROCESS SERVER because it's another chance to bully and intimidate

what a douche

Female owned and operated???? Idk about that...
They disabled comments on their page completely. I might try and poke around and find out who is the owner is. https://www.westpointinvestigations.ca/ is the website so someone please archive this shit. Wouldn't be surprised they have known Yaniv for a long time. Wouldn't be surprised if another tranny runs it, seems right up their alley.

Calling it now. Some unhinged methhead or drug dealing Syrian or Jeet will stab him for knocking on their door.

Being a process server is an easy job. You knock on doors to deliver papers, and when the recipient tries to dodge service you spend some time tracking them down in a very mellow fashion (nothing like a bounty hunter), make a few attempts, and either report back with success or failure (describing each attempt and how it failed). You get paid either way.

You are generally expected not to get aggressive, feisty or otherwise combative with process dodgers. For one thing, you're not paid well enough for that, and for another, it's not a good look for a litigant to hire a process server who gets violent with the opposing party just to get papers in their hand.

It's easy to qualify for the job, too. Minimal criminal record, clean driving record, basic reading/writing comprehension, and a basic ability to not get lost in the fucking desert, swamp or mountains hunting for an obscure street address.

Yaniv holding this "esteemed" position means nothing. No RCMP will willingly accompany him since he's got such a history with them, and will probably quietly note any misbehavior if they observe any if forced. If he actually mouths off to a recipient who actually opens the door and accepts service, complaints can be filed -- you're not supposed to do that. People who accept service without incident are preferable for everyone involved. Enough complaints brings judicial attention. That might not matter up there in Cuckland, but enough attention and pressure is a strong motivator to kick a bad apple to the curb. The money just isn't there to keep an obnoxious server on contract for long.

The Facebook page for West Point Investigations was created in 2022, yet it says it was founded March 28 2016. Could be a long con by Johnny but I think it makes more sense Yaniv was running the tech/social media side of thing and recently for cash started going out and doing actual work.

I have found an email on the Facebook page (admin@westpointinvestigations.ca) While looking for the website I found another separate email on Nextdoor.com that has the name Jolene (jolene@westpointinvestigations.ca) 2 separate people from West Point have answered questions, one with the initials J.J. who says "my company" and one with initials A.A. If we can somehow figure out if anyone named Jolene follows or interacts with Yaniv on any social media we might be able to figure out who Jolene is.

(Sorry for double posting but this is kinda important enough for its own post.)

Bingo! Think I've found the last name. Found another business bio for West Point on another crappy business site (https://learn.openroom.ca/expert/west-point-investigations-corp-with-jolene-johnson) Says Jolene Johnson is the owner with over 30 years experience. Says "she" started doing this work at 18 so that makes "her" 48 at the youngest. Could this person be a friend of Yaniv or Yaniv's mother Miriam?

(Edit)
Holy shit there's more lol.
Found another shitty business site called Bark (https://www.bark.com/en/ca/company/west-point-investigations-corp/2yYkg/) This shit has the same generic information and shit. One review is to a service called sleekhack which might mean a name change has happened (foreshadowing). The interesting this is that it links to a online newspaper article about "Jolene Johnson". In the article it says the company name is National Risk Management Group. Also included is an apparent photograph of "Jolene".

What’s the better way?
USA! USA!

Don't you threaten me with a good time.
How is deaf, anxiety prone Jonathan 'disability' Yanniv physically able to do this job? Doesn't he keep collapsing in diabetic crises, have mobility issues and suffer PTSD worse than a Vietnam vet? But he's fine working alone and knocking on the doors of total strangers. Is Miriam in the car, crone finger hovering over the call icon for 911 in case someone attacks her baby girl?
I guess he used his mortgage payments to buy into this scam.

I was about to say that Yaniv has found the perfect job for him, but I stand corrected.

He's gonna get legitimate cases thrown the fuck out because they hired a psycho tranny who turns everything into a scene.

nothing like a bounty hunter
How would Yaniv fare as a bounty hunter? You don't have to necessarily get physical with anyone in that line of work either, right?

Rolling up on your mobility scooter and having your mom on standby in the car seems like an advantage in this line of work tbh

Jolene Johnson is a wannabe producer and is on IMDB apparently
  • Growing up throughout the Province of British Columbia, Johnson, has always been an entrepreneur. Staring from a young age, Johnson, had a difficult childhood, growing up in the Canadian Foster-Care system, however she did not want that to be how she is known. She turned her traumas into being a successful businesswoman. Throughout her early career, she worked at jobs in the fast-food industry, then started a career in debt collection and retail loss prevention security. Later on, she went on to open several businesses, and presently owns and operates a Licensed Private Investigation & Security agency. More recently she turned her hand to writing and producing and opened up Skips Entertainment Group to where she is the head producer, and writer.

With not many credits under her name, she is gaining traction within the Entertainment Industry, with her Dramatic Series with the working title "Skips", "Where's my baby", and "Broken", which is being adapted for a feature film, which is based on her book Daughter's Choice.

Johnson, is the proud grandma to two grandsons, and the mother of two beautiful adult daughters. Johnson, presently lives in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.

Looking into this a bit more, it seems the book, Daughter's Choice (there is an unrelated award winning book called The Daughter's Choice) is a biography about another private investigator, Dianna Holden whose been involved in a few lawsuits.

So the lady that is standing up against the racist attacks against Johnny boy, despite him calling a black reporter a nigger and stalking her family not even a year ago, apparently also lied about people in foster care with and wrote the biography of someone who dated a terrorist?

Yeah. A process server can investigate, do stake-outs, and skip-trace to find hard-to-serve imbeciles deliberately trying to avoid service, but going beyond that will cause no end of problems. And you're right that it could get cases thrown out. Imagine informing a judge that the asshole who sued you just sent a process server who beat the shit out of you or vandalized your home when you wouldn't answer the door the first time he knocked. Not even Canada's cucked justice system would protect that litigant from sanctions.

How would Yaniv fare as a bounty hunter? You don't have to necessarily get physical with anyone in that line of work either, right?
He'd fail, comically. Bounty hunting involves tracking down bail jumpers and bringing them back to face their charges, with force if necessary. No, you don't have to get physical, but then you won't exactly be a very good bounty hunter either. It's not quite as retarded as "Dog the Bounty Hunter" but they do tend to be private investigators with whatever licenses they need to operate in whatever state(s) they work in, and depending on the state, they may well have legal protections against bullshit claims like "unlawful detainment," "kidnapping," "false arrest" and the like if they're acting in an official capacity as a bounty hunter to apprehend someone with valid arrest warrants for failing to appear and the like.

So yeah, bounty hunters can indeed get physical with their prey. Imagine Yaniv trying to pull that shit on someone who actively wants to escape and isn't afraid to use violence to get away. He only ever gets physical with people when he thinks they're weak and/or he believes (or knows) authorities are nearby to protect his flabby ass (figuring the presence of actual LEO will scare people away from taking a swing). Someone who's already on the lam wouldn't think twice about rolling his fat ass and leaving him bruised and bloody to get away again.
